Oh so you couldnt find any evidence of me saying Russia didnt try to sow division in the country.

Ok so we will move on from that.

Russia wants to cause divisiveness in this country and cause havok. They have for years; just like we do to the russians.

So they will play both sides.

Why do we see Russians now supposedly posing as BLM and dakota pipeline protestors that would hate trump? If they love trump so much, why do this?

Why did russians pay the clinton foundation millions, meet with Bill clinton, give him half a million, hire the Podesta group to lobby for them and pay them?

I thought they hated Hillary?

Almost everyone on the planet thought Hillary was easily going to win the election. There is no reason Russia wouldnt have believed that too. So why would they burn Hillary by working with Trump? Wouldnt it make more sense to help her out by giving her info on Trump? Even if they were doing the same for trump, at least by playing both sides when Hillary was elected they could say "remember, we gave you dirt on Trump".

But none of this matters anyway.

We have absolute proof that Kremlin agents gave up this dirt on Trump.

You can spin any story you like, but we have proof of this.

That is not what he said, and your comments were a deflection.

The President of the United States has a lot of options for "going after someone" if that was what he wanted to do. Do you really think he'd need the media for that? It is likely he's once again using their propaganda machines against them, as some sort of 5 dimensional chess move.

That is at least if the past is any indicator.

So in your version Putin favors Hillary, so he funds massive campaign against her to hurt her, which she won't mind because he's giving her dirt on Trump, so that after she loses the election, she can later get back at Trump.... And Putin forgives her for interfering in Russian election, so he works with her, to feed her info, that she can then take to the FBI... meanwhile Trump is cozying up to Russia, supporting Russia's ambitions, but Putin doesn't want that... he wants that fierce rhetoric from Clinton-- who we warned might cause WW3 if she was elected... so they work to get Trump elected... and Hillary takes that evidence of collusion and gives it to the FBI to implicate Russia and Trump...

And Russia wants this because it helps Russia for all of the country to believe they attacked American democracy?

That's a sh*t plot.

Explain that disjointed mess.

No one is getting arrested. It's just a show of nothing burger.

Ok, good let's start at the beginning... the throughline is Russia wanted to sow discord in the U.S. (the goal posts are moving fast these days)

Okay, so this is in direct conflict with everything Trump has said, but that's because Putin plays both sides. So he helped Hillary dig up dirt which implicates Russia and ultimately leads to an assessment by NSA, CIA, and FBI that Russia engaged in a massive campaign to interfere-- so I guess part of Putins plan is to be found out.... and meanwhile, he uses online trolls to spread disinformation, to sow discord, which again he allows to be part of this report..... the trolls attack the media, make people not trust the media (hey! kind of like you're doing) but he's also totally forgiven Hillary, and even though he's publically only shown favoritism toward Trump and warned that Hillary will cause WW3, she's cool with it, because he's giving her info that implicates Trump as a traitor... so she's using that... and the whole time Putin is laughing because the one guy who got elected and benefited from all that trolling is really showing his support for Putin, giving him compliments, talking about removing sanctions... and putin loves it because he knows Hillary is about to spill the beans on this whole thing.

Chris Steele is a retired member of British Intelligence. He has done extensive work for several different US agencies, including the FBI, Secret Service, etc. He was not only involved in espionage against the Russians on his own, he also became the Moscow bureau chief for British Intelligence.

Beginning in June 2016, Steele worked for an American firm, Fusion GPS. Fusion GPS had been putting together opposition research on Donald Trump first for Republicans and then for Democrats. This has been known since October 2016 at least, when it was reported in a Mother Jones interview.

Steele retained many contacts within the intelligence community. He also had contacts within the levels or eschelons of the Russian government. Steele used these contacts to compile the raw intelligence in 17 memos that came to be known as the Peegate Dossier.

The information that Steele received in this research concerned him so deeply that he took certain information to contacts in the FBI. Apparently, those contacts confirmed some of the raw data he brought to them.

It is a lie to compare a Russian government agent working directly at the intention and command of Putin’s government and the covert contacts that Steele took advantage of in his work.

The other lie is to claim that Hillary Clinton or her campaign met with or used Russian agents. Clinton’s campaign and/or the DNC apparently paid an attorney who paid a contractor who paid another contractor who used their COVERT contacts some of whom were Russian.

Ask yourselves this question ... why are so many overt lies being told here? Why are some so desperate to make two totally dissimilar situations equal?

What is coming in the Mueller indictments? Why are these people so afraid? Do the research; think for yourself.

Hey Grambler, Gryphon’s post makes a lot more sense and is actually backed by the CIA, FBI, NSA, and that report actually fits with what we’ve seen from both Trump and Putin.... and it all just makes a lot more sense in reality.

Maybe you can re-write your narrative to include more reality.

I would imagine that if things are heating up in the Trump Russia collusion investigation, and indictments are coming, what I would expect from the guilty parties would be desperate deflection right now and possibly entirely new narratives to turn focus away from reality.

I think that if people in Trumps camp are guilty, including trump himmself, then they should be charged to the fullest extent.

I have consistently said so.

I also think that Hillary and the dems should be investigated seeing as how wemknow they paid to get dirt on Trump from Russian employees.

I think the people that only want one side looked at are shills taht are not interested in seeing a just result.

Has the paparazzi divisions of CNN/MSNBC/NYT/WaPo spotted key suspects leaving the country this weekend? Mueller leaking word of "imminent arrests" on Friday was not a smart move, unless the arrests are really BIG fish who can't just up and leave, don't cha think?

Wrong. The dossier is written in Russian intelligence's house style, suggesting it may have been written by Russian informants. On the other hand, Steele, an British agent, was familiar with that style and may have made the whole thing up. In other words, it has yet to be proved that actual Russians were involved with the dossier at all! It may have been a con job on Steele's part.

Do you think it wise for Trump's supporters to put their eggs in that basket?
