Paying for Oppo research that is then going getting dirt from Kremlin officials is collusion.

If they didnt intend that, when they found out that they paid for dirt on trump from Kremlin officials, they would have admitted it and called out the info on that dossier that was being spread around. Instead, well after they knew where the info came from, they publicly used that info to attack Trump.

And as I mentioned on the other thread, if tObama then used this collusion in part to get fisa warrants, it is damning.

As far as Trump being held responsible for the Trump jr meeting, first I dont believe he didnt know, I think he lied. However, though I think he is lying, not knowing your people met with a russian for 20 minutes and recieved nothing seems far more believable than paying a firm millions of dollars and not knowing where that info was coming from, then seeing the admitted Kremlin sourced dossier be used publicly to smear trump for months and claiming you had no idea that your team paid for it.

Except te info in the dossier never came from Steele. It came from members of the Russian government / russian intelligence services.

By all means though what parts of the dossier have been verified as true / fact?

Why not say "The dossier came from Fusioon GPS, a Russian connected company"

The dossier hasn't been "debunked" — it's always been described as raw, unvetted intel. The only way it could be "debunked" is if it *wasn't* raw intel but rather something that Steele made up out of whole cloth.

Nobody is arguing that. But I think what you mean to say is actually that "the dossier has been disproved" and that's not exactly true either. What you should probably stick to, if you're being honest and I'm not claiming that you gaf about being honest or accurate — particularly since you're incessantly trying to blow smoke up our asses with this "threatened their lives" nonsense — should probably be "unproven." Or maybe "unproven and likely to be false."

As far a s I know, only one item was actually every refuted and that was the Cohen trip though it was reported that the Cohen that was being referred to was not Donald Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen but I don't have any specific details on that.

Saying it's been debunked is about as accurate s saying it has proven entirely true.

We know Perkins Coie was being paid 9 million by Hillarys team and the DNC.

We kknow they paid for the dossier.

Is it even in the realm of belief that Hialrys team and the DNC didnt ask Perkins coie what they were doing with the money, or ask to see results?

Eventually, Motherjones reports on this. Part of that report or some others on the dossier mention that fusion GPS was paid by a republican first then democrats. And despite this, everyone at the DNC or in Hillarys campaign in high positions never bother to think "Oh we must have paid for this?" Instead, they deny it for almost a year!!!! And now they claim that Hillary Podesta DWS etc. had no idea?

That is ridiculous.

Now you will say ok they lied, but that doesnt mean they intended to pay for dirt on Trump from russians.

But that doesnt really help. We know that they used that dirt; just turn on your tv or open your paper and you will see Hillarys people and DNC people repeating the allegations in their.

So despite the fact that they had to know that they paid for it, all of these people lied and continued to use a Kremlin sourced dossier to accuse trump of colluding with the Kremlin.
