Yeah according to the tale the montauk chair could create tulpas too.

You really dont need a chair to do the out of body thing. I did it once while meditating. It only lasted a few seconds but it was very real.

Funny. No...but its possible to stare "through" the eyes of animals if you can "lock" their gaze. That came to me years ago and easily without planning.

Example. I can look at my dog now and get him to respond to different tricks and responses. My last dog as well...but not all animals....some make no "connection" with silent thought.
