Live and in living stupid color. For those that say they don't want guns banned. Read through this article. The sheer stupidity of comments like this.

Tom Brokaw said gun stores are increasingly able to sell "adapted military weapons" and that must be addressed.

"You can now get an AR-15, which is a modification of a military weapon M-1, but it’s supposed to be a single shot at a time, but it has a big capacity," said during an interview on the TODAY Show. "I’ve owned guns all my life. And it used to have mostly 30/30s and high-powered sporting rifles. Now, they have racks of these adapted military weapons. ... They’re designed to do one thing, which is to kill people. And they can’t be adapted. So we need to have that kind of a dialogue in this country. No other western nation has the number of gun deaths that we have in America.”

But they 'don't want to ban guns!

Idiot.

Total complete IDIOTS.

Connecticut Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro said Congress already knows what it can do to stop these attacks. "What we need to do now is bring to the floor of the House of Representatives votes on banning assault weapons, banning high-capacity magazines, having background checks," she said Monday. "We have to act. This is not just one time. We have enough data and evidence to do something, otherwise we’re failing the people of this country whose lives are at stake and we are sitting here doing nothing about it."

Remember people.

The solution to bad guys with guns was calling the good guys behind guns, and everyone from celebrities to president and congressman ALL hide behind people with guns.

Geezus H christ the bodies aren't even cold.

Paddock passed background checks.

Paddock passed background checks.

Perhaps a psychological test is needed before a permit is issued , or do they already do that ?

A person can fake sanity, or at least good mental health, if they know they're being tested.

Well then they should be made to pass one before they get to vote too.

After all constitutional RIGHTS are conditional.

Add to that making silencers illegal will stop these kind of tragedies .
I was watching Tucker Carlson last night. He had a guest on Congressperson Sewell of California and that was the topic .At one point Tucker asked him , shouldn't a lawmaker know something about the subject before bringing it up. Dude said yes. And then his ignorance and Hillary worship shone through. He not only brought up my first sentence but emphasized the need.

This kind of perfect ignorance(re: extreme stupidity) running rampant in our legislators is the primary reason they can never get anything right (no pun intended)

So, we should just allow crazy people to buy guns whenever they want.

Unbelievable.

The gun control act of 1968 and the Brady Handgun Prevention Act that parrot the exact same words have made nut cases buying guns ILLEGAL.

Not to mention going around shooting other people is ALSO illegal.

So it's not allowed.

NEXT.

While we're sledding down these slippery slopes, personally I think a fiscal fitness and basic intelligence test should be taken before being allowed to have children. While we're at it, driving exams should be given every five years and yearly after age 60. Basic civics examinations should be performed before being allowed to vote.

As a motorcyclist *and* a firearms enthusiast/former industry professional I am far more likely to get plastered all over an interstate K-rail by a soccer mom or distracted teen on a cell phone than I am shot by a terrorist/mass murderer/serial killer. But no, that's not glamorous because cars are not an *approved* social justice cause, whereas gun control is.

Conservatives control ALL THREE branches of US gov.

Why are you all terrified they are coming for YOUR guns?

It's not like the NRA is pumping insane amounts of money into congress, lobbying to PREVENT studies on gun crimes...

OH...wait..

Yes they are.

While we Are at it.

A person is more likely to die in the womb than a mass shooter.

It's against federal law to sell guns to "crazy people."

The problem, such as it is, is that in order to deny a sale based on mental incompetence, the person has to have been adjudicated by some sort of authority as being a "crazy person." That means a court has to have found them insane/incompetent, or they have to have been committed to a mental health treatment facility.

Neither of which would apply to the dickbag in Vegas.

To begin with the second clearly spoke about the RIGHTS of the states ,and the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

The fourth spoke about people being securing in their possessions.

The fifth spoke about NO person being held answerable to a capital or otherwise infamous crime.

That means 'mass shootings'.

The ninth spoke bout the powers granted to the state can not be used to deny, disparage aka infringe the rights we ALL have.

The 10th explicitly says absolute power was retained by the people.

The 14th doubled down on everything.

Crimes have to be proven in courts of law, and our entire judicial system is predicated on the presumption of innocences.

No person can be made held accountable for another persons crime in a nutshell.

The anti gunner argument is ludicrous, and doesn't make sense.

And a complete violation of the Bill of Rights.

Isn't that her opinion? She has to go through the speaker first. I don't see Paul Ryan letting such a bill come up for a vote.

That's wishful thinking on her part and many others.
