Yeah, I'd get to a doctor. If it was a stroke, then administration of blood thinners ASAP might dissolve it pdq.

Also, apparently the Cubans are using some sort of audio weapon. It disorients, causes vomiting and diarrhea and can leave you with hearing loss and/or brain damage.
