The difference is, that given that Hillary was not arrested, it does not appear to be illegal. If it is not illegal, then what is the problem with it?

Me personally? I think that they need to be held to the same standard I am: i am not allowed to conduct company business using a non company owned email service. Its kinda a common sense thing. And I think the outcry you heard was people collectively saying, "Wait, what?!? That should be illegal." Today...its a partisan issue, and you should expect nothing different than what yous ee.

But if the goose was not prosecuted for it, why would we care about what the gander does? The "rules" were made pretty clear by the prior FBI director. Probably while sipping cognac on a tarmac with Bill.

Not until he becomes possessed of documents or materials containing classified information of the United States, knowingly removes such documents or materials without authority and with the intent to retain such documents or materials at an unauthorized location.

He admitted that she broke the law..... but that he couldn't prosecute because he would not be able to show intent to do it.

That means that no one should be prosecuted for speeding, unless you have them on tape saying that they exceeded the speed limit intentionally.
