..STOP!
In the name of love..
Before you break my heart..
My achy breaky heart..

It's a little bit funny this feeling inside..
I'm not one of those who can easily hide..
I don't have much money but boy if I did..
I'd buy a big house where we both could live..

Why she had to go..
I don't know, she wouldn't say..
I said something wrong..
Now I long for yesterday..

How can you just leave me standing..
In a world so cold..
Maybe I'm just too demanding..
Maybe I'm just like my father, too bold..

I will always love you..
I will always love you..
You..
My darling, you..

Don't make it bad..
Take a sad song and make it better..
Remember to let her into your heart..
Then you can start to make it better..

Someday I'll wish upon a star..
Wake up where the clouds are far behind me..
Where trouble melts like lemon drops..
High above the chimney tops..
That's where you'll find me..

You may say I'm just a dreamer..
But I'm not the only one..
I hope some day you'll join us..
And the world will be as one..

A whole new world..
A fantastic point of view..
No one to tell us no..
Or where to go..
Or say we're only dreaming..

Ooh, it makes me wonder..
Ooh, it really makes me wonder..

It's been a long time coming..
But I know a change is gonna come..
Oh yes it will..

Brilliant pop-culture-poetry. Some may call it plagarism, but don't forget poetic license.

I'll leave it up to them to bring the message much better than I ever could. So I can't take too much credit. Fun exercise though..

Way back in the midst of time this song was recorded by a little known Welsh band looking back with a slight tinge of regret after completing a similar exercise in song.

Before that they recorded this one and it still resonates today.

Who said nostalgia ain't what it used it be hey?

I could hear the music accompaniment almost every nostalgic stanza.

Old timers who listened to a lot of AM FM radio and albums have this nostalgic music memory bank permanently in their head.

Thanks for the short tour.
