This is beyond stupid. Barring the question about the flesh colored band aid, this quiz determines that anyone who lives in a country where their race is the majority has white privilege.

Therefore, the only qualifier to having white privilege is having skin that matches a "flesh" band aid.

That being the case, should Johnson and Johnson start selling brown colored band aids in Africa marketed as "flesh colored", all Africans in Africa would be guilty of having white privilege.

Like I said, beyond stupid.

They should put that as the Upper Class White Liberal Privilege. Here in LA, they are pretty racist. I had a friend who happened to be Latino and one time when he and his dad was in Beverly Hills, they gave him suspicious stares even though he wasn't doing anything.

Just look at Walmart - they pay their employees wages that qualify for food bank handouts, yet profits are high.

Finally extra credit for taking a white privilege quiz. Of course let's not talk about taking a trait based on skin color and apply it to every one of that particular race is the definition of racism, this is A-OK.

What "white privilege" describes isn't a trait. I'm not a big fan of CRT — in fact, I think most of what it has spawned is useless bull# — but "white privilege" pretty accurately captures real world phenomena.

The pathetic list is full of racially leading questions and is in it's self racist. I would think at some point law suits will straighten this out.

So asking questions about the real world implications for personal experiences owing to how people treat one another based on concepts of race is racist?

At the very least, I find it hard to believe that a rational, objective person could honestly doubt that being a member of a majority demographic translates to certain privileges. Perhaps you could give a critique of "white privilege" that isn't just your knee jerk emotional response?

And being the ethnic majority conveys certain privileges that is easy to ignore. This just reminds you. Many white folk can read this without being triggered and say "yep... I have all these advantages and I should remember that my experience is not universal".

However, a racist will read this and get defensive. To me, that is the ultimate in privilege: the ability to ignore an issue because it doesn't affect you.

I went into uni. as a mature student. I learned quickly to tell the prof what they want to hear. Keep your true opinion to yourself for the grades. And you're in doubly so if s/he teaches from a book they wrote.
