Really, I miss the deep, well researched, news and posts that you can't find anywhere else.

It's a waste of time nowadays.. unless it contains the word trump or Clinton. .

I was here when ats response time was 1 second to a minute,25 hours a day, 8 days a week, on every topic and that's no lie.

2 major event happened on ats, Obama, and the kid Trevon Martin and when those 2 events happened, one more major event happened..massive banning, apocalyptic bias views by the mods and posters, whom all shared the same views...right wing.Every since then, ats has never been the same again and now the trump event.

Imo ats had become tabloid bottom of the barrel rubbish for some time.

I feel this is the reason why we don't see any good writing today.

No one wants to research and construct a intricate thread because they all know it would be a waste of time because it would drown in the tabloid esque posting that now dominates this site.

Many good writers have stopped posting because they saw where ATS was going.

Good writing for what, it won't get any attention, it would be a waste of time, those days are gone.

I don't think they actually chose a side.
It's too hard to tell for sure.

People on the left think ATS favors the right.
People on the right think ATS favors the left.

It's probably just a side-effect of seeing everything from a very narrow political perspective, that anyone who disagrees or thinks differently or polices conduct against anyone on your side is the enemy. Nevermind that we rarely see the whole story.
