So? America has more debt than GDP. How rich is not about debt. How rich is about lifestyle. Americans drive Cadillacs while on hundreds of thousands of debt. Are they poor? No. Are they rich? Damn right.

The difference between Trump and Clinton and Obama and everybody else, is at least they had the decency to not go whole hog greedy while they were president.

Trump has no shame, he's gorging at the trough every day like a hog gone wild

Lol, greedy?

How much personal money did they donate or pledge to donate?

Let's see proof of the donations. Donnie is well known for making pledges but not following through on that pledge.

so the businessman should not be allowed to do any of his usual business when hes a president? kinda #ed up really.
we gonna tell all the career politicians who typically are lawyers that they are not allowed to do any lawyer work either?

YES! WTF? Of course!

how about all the money the politicians rake in from lobbyists

Those go to re-election campaigns and PACs. If a politician takes lobbyist money as personal profit, he can be sent to jail.

both hillary and obama made more money yearly accepting payments then any of these figures your upset over trump earning through actual work and business deals...

What are you talking about?

i wonder where all this outrage was when hillary actually was accepting foreign government payments to her clinton foundation

That was a charitable org. and the money was never at her disposal. The biggest scandal the right wing could find was that Chelsea Clinton had a project manager at the Clinton Foundation help her plan her wedding...oh the horror!

yet because trump might do that we should impeach him right?...............

Never a more corrupt man in the White House...Unprecedented.

President Trump still in position to cash in on businesses

But despite Mr. Trump’s efforts to distance himself, not all documents have yet been filed. For example, Trump owns at least four corporations with the word “Dubai” in their names, and to date, none of their management documents has been updated – at least one still lists him as president, according to the Delaware secretary of state.

Donald Trump still owns and is president of The Trump Organization he just doesn't run it, for now.

Again, he should divest from his companies, meaning he should stop earning money from his companies while he's president.

Trump’s Interests vs. America’s, Dubai Edition

President Donald Trump still has not taken the necessary steps to distance himself from his businesses while in office. In accordance with a plan that he and one of his lawyers, Sheri Dillon, laid out at a press conference on January 11, Trump has filed paperwork to remove himself from the day-to-day operation of his eponymous organization. However, numerous ethics experts have voiced strenuous objections to the plan, which they say does very little to resolve the issue: As long as Trump continues to profit from his business empire—which he does whether or not he is nominally in charge—they say, the possibility that outside actors will attempt to affect his policies by plumping up his pocketbook will remain very much in play.

Despite 2001 Promise, Donald Trump Made No 9/11 Donations in Year After Attack, Audit Finds

Trump had promised weeks after the 2001 attack to donate $10,000 to the Twin Towers Fund as part of a charity effort by “The Howard Stern Show.”

“My office has reviewed the donations made in the nearly 12 months following the attacks – and we didn’t find evidence that he contributed a single cent to the victims, our first responders, and to our city through the Twin Towers Fund,” New York City Comptroller Scott Stringer, a Democrat, said in a statement to ABC News today.

How Donald Trump Shifted Kids-Cancer Charity Money Into His Business

Additionally, the Donald J. Trump Foundation, which has come under previous scrutiny for self-dealing and advancing the interests of its namesake rather than those of charity, apparently used the Eric Trump Foundation to funnel $100,000 in donations into revenue for the Trump Organization.

And while donors to the Eric Trump Foundation were told their money was going to help sick kids, more than $500,000 was re-donated to other charities, many of which were connected to Trump family members or interests, including at least four groups that subsequently paid to hold golf tournaments at Trump courses.

Donald Trump tends to 'donate' through The Trump Foundation, which is to say he raises money from other people and then says he's donating money to a cause but using the Foundations money to do so...not his own.

As long as Trump is doing a great job for America, I don't see it as a concern. The MSM keeps track of what he does 24 7. It's not like Trump is doing anything illegal or unethical with the Trump organization.

its clear you dont understand lobbying yourself, how typical of you to leverage your ignorance with a cryptic post as if to imply you know more while not elaborating at all. its clear you seem to be under the impression lobbyist funds cannot be used for personal use, there are plenty of loopholes they are able to use that does get it into their personal pockets, once you stop trusting sources like "forbes" for information on obama profits youll find its only your deluded left wing outlets that act clueless about how much obama and clinton profited from presidency. your forbes image is propaganda. it isnt accurate at all, it leaves out everything they could explain away as not being used for personal use, despite the fact that they can and did use to for personal use.

Nixon released his tax returns to prove he is not a criminal. He was. It's about time someone stopped this nonsense.

Yes he did - but he was not about to be impeached due to Financial crimes - just poorly covering up base frat boy crimes. (among other petty offences).

Trump supporters don't care if he's making himself rich via the presidency.

I mean, it just shows that he cares more about himself than the country, but hey, 'take that liberals!'

Yeah, it's not like Trump was rich before he became President or anything, he is definitely using the Presidency so that he can become rich. Oh wait, that's what Obama did, Trump was already rich before the Presidency.

There is little truth his, alleged ,wealth was other then delusional and decidedly not as vast as he boasts - hence not releasing any tax returns.

Personally, my pet conspiracy theory is that he owned the Russians so much money, he needed the Secret Service to protect him from the Russians. But that's just my pet theory. He never wanted to be President - he, for some reason, needed to be President and 'powers' were more then happy to fund him.

Is that the only argument you have - an invalid one.

I never voted for a Clinton in my life - I despised the both of them.

Trump is f**king DANGEROUS to the world, he's a laughing stock.

WHY is he dangerous and who is laughing?

He is dangerous because he can, quite literally, 'take the world down' any time he wants. And, your are correct, nobody is laughing.

Which is 'owned' by the 'Donald Trump Revocable Trust" ... Read the OP and the referenced material - even videos and interactive webs that you can search of DJT's many business tentacles ... It's very informative.

And government is not a business. And does not, nor should it, be run like a business, especially an unethical one (though I question the possibility of a large business being run ethically).
