I never said that states don't have laws that address illegal immigration. But illegal entry is a federal crime. Presidents can, and have, pardoned
undocumented immigrants.
No, immigration is subject to the Constitution which empowers Congress to legislate. It was the last President, prolific in exceeding his authority
that set up this mess.
You have to understand that no one can apply for citizenship if they have a criminal record. Their criminal charges were pardoned, so that they could
pursue a path to citizenship.
Absolutely it will. It'll diminish the Democrat voter base for one. For the other, it'll send a clear sign that being illegal is exactly that,

I don't understand why people have a problem with this. Obama enacted DACA on his own, after having his amnesty bills shot down. Trump is doing
the right thing and reversing it.
