I think a light mango vinaigrette is par for the course, but Im sure a tomato bisque from which to dip the three footed, six armed fetai could be a decadent alternative.

These two places are within walking distance of one another, and Red Rocks is about 25 mins out of Denver.

I should have time to check out both of those when I get there - and do dinner a The Fort (if I'm not too tired.) I'll hit the Natural History Museum on Saturday morning. Then I'll be ready for the Museum of Art!

Gonna need to clear out the photos from my phone... I suspect I'll be taking a lot of photos!
