The "object" between 2.58 and 3.02 is a zoomed in version what we see in the first part of the video, from which I posted those frames.

If that's what you think then screenshot it then and let others decide.

I say not.

Likely an escaped advertising balloon, probably a hazard to helicopters.
Oh, and they can be ordered in big cube form too.

If it was "escaped" then why was it static.
Can't have it both ways.

It's a good video and I have seen tethered balloons staying still because of the lack of a breeze. Someone, somewhere will come up with the likely answer.

Definitely one of the better UFO videos I've seen in a very long time. I've heard countless stories of government aircraft attempting to investigate a UFO but I've never seen it in such vivid action.

Here is my problem with these types of videos and reports: How did the object depart? Unless it is still hovering in place, there needs to be a posted video or explanation of how it departed.

I already posted some screenshots, why should I bother to post more? It's not even the topic of this thread.

You have to ask him.

I agree, and I think others have mentioned that as well, in an area like that I'm sure many more people have footage of it though.

That's OK, not knowing something is no shame.

Didn't like it ?

No. I disagreed with it. There is a difference.

OK, I must have misinterpreted your posts, then.

I suppose this is one of those cases of agreeing with disagreeing, then.

It wasn't, it moved, as you can see on this post.

I don't think it moved any great distance to warrant an escaped [untethered] balloon, it was static in that area of the sky for at least seven minutes. An escaped balloon would be moving quite discernibly across the sky, depending on atmospheric conditions...plus, I think it would also be rising. The object, balloon or not, appeared to me at least, to rotate slightly. I think if this was tethered, there would have to be more than one, as just a single fixing would see a spherical balloon spinning more actively.

I'm not being obtrusive here, just thinking that we need more information and supportive sightings to provide a wider perspective of what was occurring at the time.

If you look very close it does have the general appearance of a birthday balloon. Though it's not clear enough to tell, and I cant gauge how far out it is, but it does look rather large. The only thing stopping me from saying it is a balloon are the movements, I have never seen a balloon sit almost at the same altitude for that long, as well as not make any angle change, nor move horizontally, at least not very much.

I think you gave the explanation.
Ball-shaped advertising balloons look just like that.

The balloon was NOT stationary, it moved, if slowly. Probably a company testing out their balloon, fixed on a car. Then they drove a bit further when they saw the helicopter and realized that their testing might be considered a problem for air traffic.
