Right..according to this list, www.realclearpolitics.com... , the Fox poll is one of the most favorable for the President. Yet, as you saw in the article I linked to in post #1 of this thread, his "unfavorable" rating is the highest ever.

He is unfavorable because he is a racist bigot. For someone growing up in the 1960s and 1970s when racism was rampant and whose dad was a racist KKK member, it's not his fault. But a man is a product of his upbringing and circumstances.

You're absolutely correct. Terrible options, and I voted HRC because I couldn't tolerate Trump's vulgar, in your face style. I had to split the hair on my vote, and I weighed both candidates. HRC is worse in her own ways, but Trump is not even Civil. Regardless, Trump won, and now we cannot wait to get rid of him.

Here we go. Trump, in 8 months, managed to destroy the racial unity that Obama worked so hard for.

Wait.. Hahahahaha never mind

Open border will do that. Spanish people lost Texas, California, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, Florida by war. They take them back with people.

Why should they ask that? Non whites will say they don't want to see a white man in the white house.

Pollster would ask that question to learn where people get their "news" that helps them form their opinion. That would go a long way in determining WHY pollees answer questions the way they do.

Since President Trump's declining numbers are NOT in any way tied to the economy, what keeps driving his approval down?

Fake news.

What else could it possibly be?

The fake news MSM has more money that the real news people.

Coming from the fake news king. Get real.

The reason most people feel Trump is tearing the country apart is simple: He's a complete buffoon who inspires no confidence and whose ONLY skills appear to be self-promotion and appealing to his base (which he is doing less and less effectively, mind you).

You're in Houston I see. If you receive a big new home, car, pay-raise, lower taxes...will you be happy with President Trump?

You have it exactly right.

It isn't Trump it is the liberal media trying to tear the country apart coupled with a do nothing Congress. It is like we have a group of people following Trump around trying to keep him from being successful and by extension keeping America from being successful.

And before that it was Obama...*yawn*

It's always "someone else" who's dividing the country.

There should be a pole which checks if people think the Media and the hard left are tearing the country apart.

Not many people approve of the way that things are going, Trump is just protecting himself and doing a bad job on Twitter with that.

I've been waiting for someone to demonstrate that President Trump is a "racist bigot". I see people on TV say this, but there needs to be proof of some kind. Rationale people give proof.

Obama with his blatant race obsession and 1.6% GDP growth and staggering national debt. Yep, Obama was a great president.

Why do we insist upon polls when evidence has shown they're actually worth nearly nothing...?

How many voters did they poll? How many answers they didn't like were scrubbed?

Polls are worth exactly nothing, unless I suppose, they back whatever political opinion they're supposed to.

I have empathy for your position. If Hillary had won, I'd feel the same way.

No, I believe Trump is a lost cause who managed to win out of our population's spite. We deserve Trump, because we operate just as poorly politically as he does. I could care less what the POTUS claims he or she will provide. I work too damn hard for my family to be represented by such an ass. But, like I said, we deserve the whole lot of them. If we want better, we must do better, plan better, make better, and choose better.
