Wars against either would be a castrophically bad idea. North Korea has enough artillery buried in the hills North of the DMZ to severely damage Seoul and there is no way in hell that the South Koreans want anything to do with a unified Korea, because the bill would bankrupt them for a decade or more.
As for Iran, in the event of war they will close the Straits of Hormuz and the price of oil will go through the roof and into the nearest cloud. There's also the fact that the country is one giant armpit in terms of ease of access, due to deserts, salt deserts, mountains and general topographical nastiness.
Crap, he's going to do something stupid, isn't he?

I believe we are past the point of two countries every going to war against each other.

It will all be like ISIS or HAMAS. Insurgent groups attacking each other while everyone denies what is going on.

Bush ordered the withdrawal of Troops from Iraq in 2008 prior to Obama assuming office. The only reason ISIS gained a hold in Iraq was because of the power vacuum as essential lawless grip in the north following the invasion in 2003 and the removal of Saddam.

Go back to your books.

We are great at winning wars and terrible at regime changes. I agree Bush started the process but to say Obama was just doing what Bush started is a copout. Obama could have gone many ways with this but ended up doing nothing even as ISIS grew to just do what Bush put into place, back with there was no ISIS.

This all doesn't take away from my point that Trump can not just up and get out otherwise we would see ISIS2.0

Ron Paul is right. As usual.

Except he voted to go to war in Afghanistan. Not only that, his vote was for expanding the authority of the President to use military force against AQ and its affiliates, largely based in Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Syria.

So if anything he should probably keep his mouth shut.

Ron Paul worship is so 2008.

somewhat worrying that trumps dumpster fire of a presidency is playing out like the film wag the dog.
don't often agree with ron paulbot but it does appear the republicans and trump are itching to kill some of their own soldiers to allay their policies failings.
