Jim Chambers said the rule had been in place since early 2016 when he opened the East Atlanta Barbell Club in Georgia's capital. The club advertises itself as "a radically aligned, left-friendly gym and community."

Ummm, business's have the right to do business with who they want and if the government decides they have the authority to dictate to us how we run our business we need to throw them out and find a new government.
Tell them move to the USSR if they want to act like that.

As far as I know...
Police Officers and Military are not a protected class (i.e. Sexuality, gender or race)...
& personally I don't think they should be either.

It's to bad that companies are getting tax breaks for hiring people of the protected class IE not white men.
I didn't believe it when I first heard it on a podcast I thought the idea was a joke but fast forward to 2017 and it's really fricken obvious.

I think a business should be allowed to deny business to whoever they want. Police, soldiers, men, women, blacks, gays, whites, martians, and be free to reap the repercussions of such a practice.
Still a crappy thing to do though. There's a vocal minority of the left that holds little respect for men & women in uniform. I suppose sometimes it's not entirely unjustified, but your typical police officer or soldier isn't a murderous oppressive psychopath.
