one day the antichrist thought to him/herself I'm tired with all this duality, I need some kind of a new focus.
I'm tired of all this hating and taking sides. By Christ, I should know we're all one, why have I created so much hatred so much chaos. In my anger, I have made a fool of myself, what for? It goes on and on and on and I am so tired of the same results. What can I do to change it?

Not for me, if the atma is silence then a mantra is disturbance. Just listening and feeling the breath enter the vessel is enough for me. Me being the observer of change.

Its a technique I learnt from reading a book by Paramahansa Yogananda. All I do is imagine the lungs as my entire body and just observe my normal breath entering and leaving my body. A hiccup in my breath sometimes occurs which feels like a sweet nectar entering the lungs (perhaps the heart prana but not sure). Soon after I loose all bodily sensations and end up observing just the emptiness in my self. A void of nothingness.

Offering the inhaling breath into the exhaling breath and offering the exhaling breath into the inhaling breath, the yogi neutralizes both breaths; thus he releases prana from the heart and brings life force under his control."
