Hamas declared a terrorist organisation by the European Court of Justice (again)

A government which withholds the majority of the international aid from its citizens in favor of terror infrastructure, which brainwashes its population focusing on the very young ones, which is forcing a radical religious doctrine on its people, should at the very least be categorized correctly by the international community.
I would like to see this decision motivating the Palestinian people to overthrow this murderous terror group and elect a leadership which will actually look after the interests of its people.

The EU originally listed the organisation as a terror group in 2001 in a move that froze its assets within the member states. The decision was annulled on procedural grounds by an EU court in 2014, however, on the basis that there was insufficient evidence to maintain asset freezes and travel bans on Hamas. That court found the listing was based on media and internet reports rather than solid legal arguments, sparking outrage in Israel and Washington. Following an appeal by Brussels, the European court of justice said on Wednesday the annulment by the lower court was wrong and must be reconsidered.

The picture is not meant to scare. It would be very easy to find dozens pictures of Gazan children holding real guns or dressed in suicide vests.
If you had children you would be feeling deep sorrow for the innocence which was stolen from these kids.
The real enemy of the Gazan people (and Israeli people) by the way, is Hamas. If you don't believe it, take it with the Palestinians, majority of which opposes Hamas.

Look, every country does military demonstrations. Many times kids are present. Israel, specifically is a country which had to fight multiple wars to ensure it's existence. Naturally, the Israelis are very proud of their army.
I would say it's a lot different from dressing you kid in a suicide vest. But I have a feeling you would disagree.

About 9% of the (Jewish) population in Israel, remotely care about what is written in the Talmud.
Meanwhile, gays are executed in the streets of Gaza, and women are not allowed to use motorcycles.

I see what you mean, but I do disagree with you.
This is just semantics but still. By the textbook definition of terrorism, it can only be committed by non-state actors (Source) thus it's technically impossible to define a state as a terrorist state.
The real argument here is that it's is true that Israel came to existence by occupying lands that were never its own.
But so every other state in the world.

End of the day these organisations will always exist as long as the nation of Israel does or they are at war with such.

If that was true, Hamas would be the only Islamist terror organization in the world. The point is, extreme Muslim fanatics will always find a reason to blow people up.

Well for the past 1000 years or so there has been no real Jewish nation of Israel in the Palestine prior to 1947 since the time of the crusades, that's historical fact.

And extremist banking houses and corporate scum will always find reason to support such organisations from behind the proverbial curtain.

We find reason to blow people up down to imaginary WMDs, never mind the multitude of other nefarious diabolical schemes we are up to our neck in.

This is off topic, but I have to disagree with you on this one. Actually there was never a time during which there was no Jewish population in this area.

The Crusader rule over Palestine had taken its toll on the Jews. The kids are taught early what the meaning of life is by Israeli cannon, tanks and jets. Thats what has "stolen their innocence" away. If you lived in constant fear of drones overhead and hi explosive ordnance raining down on your city state, your would be fully 'educated' too.

I did not say there was no Jewish population just that there was no nation predominately Jewish in the area for around 1000 years.

Of course terrorists are not saints.

They are gullible scum with an axe to grind and agenda to satisfy who kill innocent people in the name of an anthropomorphic deity.
