Has anyone actually heard of the 'Orb of Influence?'

Hence trying to find out what it is and how it works...and I'm trying to find out from people that know-not people who don't have a clue...

The perimeter of influence any energetic body has before it and behind it

It is an energy field that can influence things that enters the orb field within a set degrees before and behind it

Abu Ma’shar’s use of words here is very important! He does not say they have an orb of light that reaches out before and behind but he carefully says, “…has power over a certain number of degrees before and after it.”

You will never find the answers to your question, as they don't really exist. At least, not in this simulator. In the movie "The Wizard of Oz" there is a scene where the Good Witch Glenda comes on scene, in a "Orb". I think all of them are good witches, except for 3...

From all I can gather it's a small marble type mythical Orb.

Orbs of influence is indeed about astrology, perhaps the best way to explain without confusion is by the fixed stars, the belief is that if your Sun at time of birth was tightly conjunct an important star, the orb of influence would need to be under one degree to be noted for a horoscope. an orb is the measure, or margin, it isn't to do with ghosts.

I think this is it.
