I'm not ranting but i just wanted you lot here to listen to 'Fergus Beeley' (BBC Program Director) ranting and shouting a family who were nearly involved in an accident on a motorway.

This guy goes into one and seems like a right looney saying the whole family are uncer citizen arrest including an 11 year old boy. ha ha.

Seriously? He's the one throwing abuse and threatening the family with death.

Well, they'll be happy about where their license fee money is going.
BBC fairness, balance and impartiality being demonstrated from the top level down.

Wonder if he's going to enjoy being on TV when this footage makes it to the news?

Strictly speaking, "Programme director". I take it that the Youtube account is American.
Other sources describe him as former BBC producer etc.

If he grabbed me ,like he did that guy ,and tried to force me to put my hands on the hood of the car,..I would have kicked him in the nuts .....that would have shut him up.

He may be a freelance who just gets used from time to time (other news outlets call him a "former" director and cite work done in the past). In that case, the most they could do would be to offer a promise not to use him again.
