Of course. Humans generally want truth, even in the end.

I agree and you don't have to feel anything, you're under no obligation to. However, his family is not responsible and they are the ones who ultimately will and have had dealt with it. No reason to sink down to their level.

Arlen Specter
Beau Biden
Teddy Kennedy
William Casey
Robert Novak
Charles Whitman

All of the above died from the rare and aggressive glioblastoma multiforme brain tumor and it makes me wonder.

Sending McCain positive vibes, but it is so very deadly.

(And clearly I have more thoughts on it.)

ETA: Well, that's not true. Charles Whitman died from gunshot wounds but was later found to have a glioblastoma during his autopsy. IOW. a Glioblastoma can *cough* cause you to do and say crazy things. You may even talk about conspiracy theories that aren't real.

Just so very interesting.

Very sad that he has this brain tumor, I have a friend that underwent brain surgery to remove a similar tumor last year, she had the standard chemo, a few weeks ago found out that the tumor is growing back and has been given 6 to 12 month without aggressive treatment, she is stage 4.

I hope McCain the best on the long journey to fight this.

Mayo clinic? Now unable to testify why he obtained the #ty fan fiction dossier? Coincidence? I don't think so. They're laying the groundwork to a sudden but perfectly explainiable death through natural causes.

Any testimony or recall he may have given would've been unreliable or called into question due to surgery and/or chemotherapy.

I actually predicted something like this in a thread a couple of days ago.

That's exactly what i meant and i also picked up on that when the eye clot story broke. They can use it now as a perfect excuse to disregard everything he tells the world as unreliable.

Yes it is a very bad type, one of the side effects after removal is that the person personality change, my friend didn't change much, but she had trouble with long term memory.

It's sad when political differences breed such hate that it overrides peoples humanity.

His health is not a political issue and to not have compassion for anyone in this situation is so wrong.

I'm sorry, but I will not shed a tear.

In fact, I have a very old bottle of Scotch that may be worth opening.

It will be a desperate, difficult and expensive battle for the poor man.
It's a very good thing that, as a Senator, he is exempt from Obamacare.

Indeed.

It will be made into one especially given what he knows and has said. No one is required to feel anything. While compassion may very well be at the core of human existence, if someone has a valid enough reason, it simply may not manifest. Having the tact however to keep you mouth shut about it is another matter.

I dont have it in me to sink to the level of JM. The guy is evil.

Am i supposed to care if Soros or Bush get brain cancer?

I am sorry I just dont have a lot of empathy for these criminals who protect other criminals and usher in new generations of criminals.

I dont feel for his family......I feel for the suffering families of those left in his trail of slime.

what am I supposed to feel sad that he never saw his dream of cold war 2.0 or WW3 fulfilled? Nope.

sorry guys, i can be pretty brutal with these traitors.

Sorry to hear that McCain has this condition, the treatment, if possible, will be rough.

Makes me wonder though if at a certain age all politicians should get brain scans. Could be good preventive medicine or could explain some of the weird things they say, like Pelosi being stuck on Bush or Waters saying anything.

Damn, sucks for him.

I wish him the best, but brain cancer is serious business, not to mention his age.

I wonder if his recent behavior (during the hearings and such) was indicative of that. I would think.

Considering McCain spent most of the war in a concentration camp, that doesn't mean he was a hero of any sorts.

Unfortunately, he was manipulated after being freed for political/military purposes. He did a lot of damage as a puppet.

I think ATS members have been quite conservative in their remarks. Much more could be said and probably will be said when he is no longer able to be manipulated and hurt millions of people.

I'm not a hypocrite and i won't pretend otherwise. McCain is part of the problem and i hope his replacement has more spine than him.
