Young people are at a very strange point in history. They have access to enough information to be able to piece together that most of what their parents were taught to believe is bulls**t, the political system is a joke and foreign policy is maniacal. They also exist in this hugely interconnected world that breeds abject isolation. They're wide open to being radicalised by anything that offers an alternative or some perceived substance.
