Obamacare needs to die.

I don't care about replace...get the Government out of health care.

We don't need European Authoritarianism and Socialism.

People come to the U.S. to escape that crap.

No, I want them to do their job as our Public Servants like they've been elected to do.

That is what they're for. That is what their job is. To work for us, the people. To do what we tell them to do. If they can't or won't then we need to elect someone who can and will. That's the whole point.

If putting it into the hands of Private Business worked we wouldn't be here now would we??? This would have been solved already. But here we are. Private Business doesn't Care about People. It cares about money only. Which is fine, that's what it does and it has it's place. But Health Care requires giving a sh*t about People and their Health and how to best Care for them.

I'm sure you're saying, "Well Gov. doesn't care." You're right. Because we've allowed Gov. to become something it wasn't supposed to be. We've allowed it to become completely independent from the People in it's purpose. So it's doing what it wants rather than what we want. But this is a nation who's For the People, By the People and Of the People. So you can see the problem there. When the Gov. is no longer Of, For or By the People, what is it that we have??? Jack Sh*t, that's what.

We have a entity that abuses us, feeds off of us and pounds us into submission for it's own goals which are no longer our goals. That isn't a Democratic Republic. That is a Authoritarian Gov.

This is your problem. They ARE listening to the people.

I want them to repeal this Obamacare garbage and I don't care if they replace.

You just aren't with the rest of us.

i think you are pretty close here. Luckily there has been a few key players in the media banging the drums to kill this thing. It seems to be working.

Yeah, I get it. That's fine. Because you say Obamacare made it worse for you. I get it. That's totally understandable.

But the people who are going to repeal it are also saying they'll replace it with something better. Hell, just something that even works at this point would be a start.

But they aren't doing that.

Just repealing it still just leaves us with nothing. No healthcare isn't any kind of goal to have either. What we had originally was also destined to fail. So going back to that isn't going to do any good.

We're being told there is some solution here. But nobody seems to have it. So either people need to stop promising stuff they can't deliver on, or deliver what they say.

They've said Repeal and Replace. Just a Repeal isn't going to do it. Like you say, "You aren't with the rest of us." Well, it's not all just about what you want either now is it??? No. It's not any more what you want than it is what I want. There are hundreds of millions of people besides us that have a say in this too.

So you don't want decent healthcare because every single payer system around the world is better and cheaper then the US system.
Why agree with socialist ideas like a standing army and infrastructure but only poo poo healthcare for all?.

Not exactly. That's just what seems to me like the most logical and functional way to go. But I'm not some expert on healthcare. I don't give really care what it is. Single Payer, Insurance Companies, Town Witch Doctors on every Block, whatever. But it has to be something that actually works and fulfills it's intended purpose in the best way possible for the most benefit of the most people.

I'm not saying I know what to do. This isn't my dept. so to speak. Single payer if done correctly seems like the most effective and simplest way to go though. But maybe it's not. Maybe there is something else or some hybrid of things even better. If so, then go with that.

But so far what we've had didn't work. What new ideas we've come up with either don't work or aren't being tried. But there is an answer to this. We can solve this. We can do whatever the hell we want to do when we want to do something. At the moment we just seem to want to hurt each other or get ahead by stepping on the necks of other people though. Half the world seems to want to plan for a better tomorrow for everyone while the other half seem to want a better tomorrow for themselves at the expense of others. We're not going to solve anything like that.

Right, Obama ignored his signature achievement failing, because he wanted Hillary to usher in Single Payer. It would have been called Obama-Clinton Care.

I think some of you fellas just have this blind trust in government that if you give them a little bit more they will all up and just decide to do whats good for you because its the right thing to do. Funny because its exactly what has gotten us here.

What is just absolutely crazy is you think the solution is single payer after all this and hand over all the keys to your healthcare once again... TRUSTING... they will do the right thing. Its nuts IMO.

No. It's not about trusting them. In that I agree with you. That is where we've gone wrong. We shouldn't be expecting them to be good to us. Or hoping they will do the right thing.

WE DEMAND THAT THEY DO. That is what our Government is. For the People, By the People, Of the People. Do you get what that means??? The power of our Government is supposed to come from the collective authority of the Free People of this Nation. Is that how things are now??? Do the majority of the People of this nation have any kind of authority over anything????

Because that is how it's supposed to work. If that's no longer the case then nothing any of us are saying matters anyway. It doesn't matter what you like or don't like or want or don't want, you'll get what they decide to give you. Be it a scrap of food from their table or a kick in the teeth. Nothing you or I say matters at that point.

You're not looking at this from the perspective I'm talking about. You're biased in what you think I think. Stop that.

I don't Trust Government. I'm not suggesting we need to Trust them and things will be great. It's no different than what you're suggesting I don't think. You're proposing some Non Government Approach. Fine. Does that mean we should Trust Free Market Business to solve this??? Are Business men and Private Corporations who we should be Trusting instead???? Is that your answer???

I sure hope not.

Holy Sh*t man. I'm pretty sure I answered that the first time you asked it. Do you bother reading what others say or do you just wait for your turn to speak so you get to feel like you're really smart out of ignorance???

We're going in circles and I'm now thinking you're a total waste of time. That you really don't have anything at all intelligent to say at all, but are here simply to act like you have answers to bloat your ego in believing you have answers you don't have.

Maybe you need to read something before speaking again so we don't cover ground we've covered already.

not really biased your just confusing the hell out of me LOL. You dont trust government but seem to want single payer. You seem to think you/we GIVE them power but now that you/we have no other option that they should just TAKE CONTROL of your/our healthcare. At the same time you know they are corrupt and not trustworthy?

believe me... I have know idea whats going on in your mind. Thats why I keep asking these simple questions. I am not trying to bait you. If you want government control of health care thats fine. I wont understand it but i will try.

i think it's time for a constitutional convention to rebuild our system to better fit the times and integrate modern technology, a new direct petition system that adds the need to have our approval through a vote before accepting any important bills that would affect a large portion of the population, force state and federal government to appeal to the people to accept their bills instead of playing games like this every time and ignoring our voice in favor of lobbyists, corporations and foreign powers.
a new layer of balance that keeps the powers of this world from ignoring us and trampling over our lives for the sake of their ambitions.
