From someone who never watched his reality show, and has been playing catch up on what kind of guy he actually is:

History of not paying contractors after they complete work. That's the kind of thing I've experienced myself, tends to prejudice me against those sorts.

Pays settlements in order to avoid criminal prosecution. eg. Taj Mahal Casino case involving over a hundred known instances of money laundering.

Hob Nobs with and enters business partnerships with convicted felons, then claims he doesn't know who they are. Flat out lies.

Engages in frauds like Trump University.

Goes bankrupt repeatedly, yet claims to be a Business wiz. (self-delusion)
etc. etc.

We also know from the many negative, and often obsessive references to his mannerisms, his hair, his voice, his skin, his body, they also take issue with how he looks. These and other extrinsic critiques of a person are evidence of snobbery.

You made a very bizarre jump from character and personality to mannerisms and looks. Therefore the rest of your post has no relevance, except as a diversion.

As to the snobbery problem in the world today, yes it goes beyond our borders, I think a couple well placed broken schnozzes will dial back some of the bigotry.
