Unless she was prosecuted it was allegations. So unless you can prove she's been brought up on criminal charges there is nothing there. You can argue all you like she did something and should be prosecuted but fact remains she has not been and I doubt will be.

They're not accusations. They've been spoken to in a court of law, under oath. They've been spelled out in dozens of emails by dozens of people who are all nuts deep in the rigging of the primaries and the use of the media to try and push Trump to the forefront of the RNC nomination. The DNC has openly stated, in oral argument in court, that it has the right to conduct backroom deals to pick whatever candidate it wants.

It doesn't matter how many times you repeat "it hasn't been confirmed," that statement is still not true. We're not talking about charges. We're not talking about an indictment. What you're doing is trying to shift the argument into those things (which is why you bring up uranium, the body count, pizzagate, etc. YOU brought those up, nobody else did) but then turn around and say that because Junior said something, it's the god's honest truth?
