Yes she is! She's a lobbyist for Human Rights Accountability Global Initiative Foundation

Since then, Katsyv and Veselnitskaya have persistently lobbied for the repeal of the Magnitsky Act. Katsyv registered a nonprofit in Delaware called the Human Rights Accountability Global Initiative Foundation in February 2016, the stated aim of which is to overturn the adoption ban. Veselnitskaya, who represents HRGIF, has also helped organize screenings of an anti-Magnitsky film that casts doubt on both Browder's claims and Magnitsky's findings and promotes Putin's stance.

Yes, just not how you think. Obama let her in to lobby against the act and sabotage Trump. She was with Obama's Russian ambassador.

She posted negative Trump comments on her facebook.

She worked with Fusion GPS, the same company who worked with Steele to get dirt on Trump.

The fire is burning bright, maybe that's why all the liberals are blind?

She is a Russian foreign agent "lobbyist" yes.
Foreign Agents can represent foreign powers

See FARA:

EditWatch this pageRead in another language Foreign Agents Registration Act The Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) is a United States law passed in 1938 requiring that agents representing the interests of foreign powers in a "political or quasi-political capacity" disclose their relationship with the foreign government and information about related activities and finances. The purpose is to facilitate "evaluation by the government and the American people of the statements and activities of such persons." The law is administered by the FARA Registration Unit of the Counterespionage Section (CES) in the National Security Division (NSD) of the United States Department of Justice.[1] As of 2007 the Justice Department reported there were approximately 1,700 lobbyists representing more than 100 countries before Congress, the White House and the federal government.[2]

Notice Natalia is seated right next to Trump at Emin and Aras Agalarov's meeting. He knew who she was. The meeting was arranged by Emin.

Here she again with both Emin and Aras.

Here she is working out details on paper on behalf of the Emin and Aras.

She had an expired passport, and got a waiver. It's crazy to think that Obama stepped in to make sure her passport got a waiver just so she could meet with Trump, to set him up! LOL! You guys and your imagination!

False. I sourced it. She was denied a visa. She was let in on parole with no visa by the Obama DOJ, and was with Obama's ambassador to Russia.

Are you actually denying that?

She had an expired passport, and got a waiver.

False, she applied for a visa and was denied. She was then let in by the Obama DOJ on a special waiver, and met with Obama's Russian Ambassador.

She also worked with Fusion GPS, the same group working on the Trump Dossier.

Then you are blind because I have sourced it to you multiple times.

The Russian lawyer who penetrated Donald Trump’s inner circle was initially cleared into the United States by the Justice Department under “extraordinary circumstances” before she embarked on a lobbying campaign last year that ensnared the president’s eldest son, members of Congress, journalists and State Department officials, according to court and Justice Department documents and interviews.

This revelation means it was the Obama Justice Department that enabled the newest and most intriguing figure in the Russia-Trump investigation to enter the country without a visa.

The Moscow lawyer had been turned down for a visa to enter the U.S. lawfully but then was granted special immigration parole by then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch

There are no other records in the court file indicating what happened with that request or how Veselnitskaya appeared in the country later that spring.

The U.S. Attorney’s office in New York confirmed Wednesday to The Hill that it let Veselnitskaya into the country on a grant of immigration parole from October 2015 to early January 2016.

Justice Department and State Department officials could not immediately explain how the Russian lawyer was still in the country in June for the meeting with Trump Jr. and the events in Washington.

“There’s zero doubt that she and her U.S. colleagues were lobbying to repeal Magnitsky or at least ensure his name was removed from the global law Congress was considering,” said U.S. businessman William Browder, who was the main proponent for the Magnitsky Act and who filed a FARA complaint against Veselnitskaya, Dellums and other U.S. officials, claiming they should have registered as foreign agent lobbyists because of the work.

thehill.com...

Her goal was to lobby for corrupt Russian officials, and the Obama admin let her in to do it.

Interesting.

It's clear she played them because they were Trump's friends. Since the Obama DOJ gave this lawyer a special exemption which is rarely used, and then the Obama DOJ argued to let her stay in the country .. and then she was still here somehow with no Visa after that extension was up .... it would seem the US government had to play a role in this out of necessity.

Tell me, why would she ask for a meeting with trump when she had no visa and could not come to the US .. unless she knew it was arranged already?

Okay. She, it seems, was denied a VISA. But, from what I've read, the State Dept. refuses to comment on whether or not she was issued one after her petition.
www.scribd.com...

Very interesting, this petition, as it proves her a liar when she said that she's never worked for the Russian government! She states that she worked for the Prosecutors Office in Russia for 3 years!

Look, she was let in because she was representing her client in his court case. There is no proof that Loretta Lynch or Obama sent her to Trump's campaign as a set up. There's tons of evidence that she was sent in by the Agalarovs. Were they working for Obama too?

Why Did Loretta Lynch Grant Trump Jr's Russian Lawyer A Special Visa To Enter America?

So, Loretta Lynch let Veselnitskaya stay beyond her visa with a very rare exception, then lost track of her, while she was doing all kinds of things beyond the reason she was supposedly originally allowed to stay.

Pretty strange too considering there are pictures of her sitting behind Obama's ambassador to Russia at a hearing on the Hill *after* her parole was up, so it's not like she maintained a low profile. She was pretty out in the open and in important places.

What visa? She had no visa. Loretta Lynch gave her an exemption after her visa was denied .. then asked the court to let her stay longer ... and then she was with Obama's Russian ambassador (not lost track of) in a congressional hearing 6 months after her stay was over. They never lost track of her.

But hey .. back to Trump right?

So she had no visa, Obama's state department let her in anyways, she was only allowed to stay on her EXTENSION which Lynch got for her until January, and she was here with Obama officials RIGHT AFTER meeting with Trump in the Summer.

Her law office has nothing, no phone, no email, no contact, no website from what I read ... but the Agalarovs couldn't find someone able to get a visa?

So without Obama she can't get in .. without Obama she can't stay ... she is spotted with Obama officials .. but there is no Obama connection? Ok got it.

Does anyone else feel like they're watching a cartoon where the bad guy keeps getting screwed over by his own plans? It's like Wille Coyote trying to catch the Road Runner.

She was the lawyer representing the Preveson case. A case that the DOJ would be aware of, but whose venue was in the State of New York, Preet Bharara's district.

Here, read this. It's her Petition to The Federal Court for permission to represent her client. She tells the court that her client and case will suffer if she's forced to leave the country.

Yes, well aware she was.

Yet neither she, nor Fsuion GPS has a FARA filing.
This is against the law, and they are being investigated.
