This fight will show the world what happens when a professional boxer fights someone that isn't a professional boxer.
Connor is a bad mother that's going to get his face punched about 500 times.

Mayweather may win. But Connor isnt going to stand in their like a boxer and just let Mayweather punch. Its not his style. It may take Mayweather a couple rounds to understand how Connor uses distance. Its not boxing distance.

I am just going with gut instinct here......lol....methinks Floyd should be paying Conor 9 figures to sit it out....otherwise I think Floyd might end up on his back seeing 10 figures being counted out for him like bills from a fat bankroll by the Ref.

This seems pitiful now.....seriously....Floyd is in danger of being hurt possibly seriously hurt.....IMHO Floyd needed this retirement payday because his cashflow was dwindeling.......Conor needed it just as much......but money is a wash now......its what happens in the ring that counts because nobody will remember how much money flowed but EVERYONE and HISTORY will remember the Victor......in terms of cementing a LEGACY .....someone will surely do this and Knockout in any variety of manners will ENSURE history is written correctly.

OMG did Floyd and his entourage ever look like a geriatric Pickle-Ball Team.

www.youtube.com...

LOL....lol.....LMAO.....this could be some inspiration for Floyd when he comes out of the KO haze.......he will need to look for a new career and they say Pickleball is picking up momentum with Floyds Generation.....ROFLMAO.

I just seem to visualise Conor teeing off on Floyd immediatly......utter devestation....faster than Floyd can possibly envision.......someone should have told the Judges to take the night off......it looks to me like Floyd Maywether has an appointment scheduled with the Sandman in August on the 26th to be exact.

IMHO this will be so devestating to boxing and to Floyd that there will never be a rematch in the Octagon....jeepers Conor would draw and quarter Floyd in the Octagon....and Conor would draw it out and enjoy it.....and this is why I see Floyd going to sleep on the 26th.....I see Conor going in and KOing Floyd...like he says he will do....removing the Judges from the equation......I DO NOT SEE Floyd toying with Conor for every round and then finishing him in historic fashion in the final round....lol...nope....I see Floyd looking for a hail mary early....then simply running and running and running.....and IMHO Conor will hunt him down ferociously and with no remorse pity or mercy.

Apollo Creed the showman, moneyman not taking the fight very seriously going against Ivan Drago who trains like a machine...we know how that ended in the movie.

Looks familiar?

40:1 on Paddy McG win

thats a great point.
i think that could totally happen. i dont think it will but it could.
if he can back him into the ropes or the corer and just tear through that shell.

i dont know man

if floyd was 20 or if conor was 40 i might really lean towards conors destruction but in watching conor train and just where his head is at in general i think he has a great chance.

nice.
getting that same vibe.
conor has been #in killing it in training. h is not messing around.

the mind game goes a long way.
for 1 floyd has to win. conor does not

if floyd loses there goes his perfect record. his greatest undefeated legacy. his is gonna get clowned cause he got beat by someone who is not even a pro boxer.
thats bad. has to # with your head

if conor loses so what? wheres my check? dana line up a fight
im an mma guy and i wanted to give it a shot

if he wins....told you. where is my check?

floys is already in a worse position

George Forman won the title at 45yrs old against michael moore...

And that was after 10 years retirement

We're talking about one of the best boxers ever... VS... Someone who has no professional record

We are on the same page. The only way I think Conor might lose if he accidentally kicks the s##t out of Floyd because of muscle memory or reflex or loosing his cool.

Connor can't even trash talk good, he needs to sit down with some tapes of Chael Sonnen and learn how it's done.
I just bet a friend 100 bucks that Floyd wins, I'll be happy to take his money.

I'm aware of that.
Still my opinion stands.
Conor has skills man. He's #in huge compared to Floyd.
I'm just feeling it for conor. Though Floyd will be hard to touch conor can knock him out. I don't think Floyd can knock out conor.
Nobody knows for sure. Just know I'm stoked.

I thought he did pretty good.
Even the pin stripes on his suit said # you

I will confess that I have a horrible track record on betting in the UFC, I joke with the wife that if I make a bet, she should bet twice as much the other way, she'll be sure to make money.

I didn't actually watch the press conference, so I can't speak to how well Connor did, I just always thought Chael was the king of trash talking. I did some reading in the last five minutes on Connor's boxing skill, seems he has an unorthodox chopping style that is hard to figure out for his sparring partners, maybe he'll bring something to the ring that Floyd won't be able to cope with. Looking forward to the fight for sure.

Mayweather is expected to earn at least $100 million, increasing up to four times that amount if the event achieves all of its metrics.[18] McGregor is expected to earn $75 million, but both men signed confidentiality agreements and are barred from publicly communicating the financial details.[19]

Chael was friggin hilarious. His unrelenting roasting of Wanderlei cracked me up.

More McGregor interview and Mayweather Senior crashes the event:

"Floyd's gonna go to sleep and wake up a better man." haha I love it!
To Mayweather Sr,"Your a fan of McG, someone get him an autograph." from McG

Here is some audio from the face-off (8 min mark), and I was hoping to hear this:

"You keep them gloves up, I'm gonna break your guard!"

Also for mma fans, Micheal Page from Bellator is also postponing mma and going into boxing for a bit. He's crafty, long armed and quick as lightening , so that should be interesting too.

McGregor in a boxing ring against Mayweather will be like Brock Lesnar trying out for the NFL with the Vikings. Mayweather's going to frustrate the hell out of him. They'll waltz for a few rounds, then take their megamillions and go home. This isn't going to be a 'no mas' deal. Mayweather's not going to let Conor get that close to him.

Don't underestimate McG's drive and training efforts for this though. He has good movement in both feet and head, has a solid chin and a shotgun left with precise targeting ability. I think Conor will be targeting the liver because of the way Floyd defends, leaving it exposed. I also think when Floyd lures Conor into the ropes to do his dashing defense, which is admirable by the way, Conor will find his target and Floyd may get KO'd.

There is much value in studying one's opponent before fight and Conor will masterfully prepare for Floyd and all his moves. Floyd hasn't fought anyone on of worth since Mosley in 2010. Now I'm not saying all this with 100% confidence, because Floyd is a master of his craft, but I feel confident enough to put a C note on McG.
