Lets list what we know then.

A twitter user posted a cut video to make it seem like the Polish First Lady refused to shake Trump's hand, referring to her as a "Legend"
It got some retweets with anti-Trump twitter users praising the First lady for snubbing Trump
CNN's Cizzilla then pushed the fake narrative and it spread further
NBC's news editor debunked the narrative the video was trying to push
CNN's Cizzilla tries to downplay why he retweeted the video.
Multiple news organisations ran the story of CNN's Cizzilla pushing fake news.
The President of Poland refuted that the First Lady of Poland did not shake Trumps hand and asked us to fight fake news.

I did not claim she snubbed him. I have said she passed him over. I used the term 'snub" because of the post I was responding to used it.

It's the narrative of the President of Poland and multiple news organisations that the video was a fake representation of what happened. It's fact that CNN pushed that fakery - as we know one of their reporters retweeted it.
