But those things have always been true. Unfortunately the far left and far right media always paints the other side of the aisle in the most extreme and unflattering light possible. All tapper did was say that "why the DNC didn't turn over the hacked server to the FBI is a good question...".

He made zero guesses on Russia..... and obviously their could be a gajillion reasons they didn't want to turn the server over..

It could be incriminating or embarrassing in other ways..

I have been watching some of Jimmy Dore's broadcasts lately - he's a big anti-Trumper but he seems to be awake in that he actually argues real points of differentiation instead of spouting BS about Russia or buying into the ideas of a totally corrupt DNC. I disagree with many of his policy positions but at least he can be listened to and you can take on board his ideas because you know he he is not just an hysterical moron pushing media propaganda.

Anti-Trumpers get a clue - if you want actual debate and discussion on policy and where Trump is right or wrong and what could be better, then start adopting the same approach as this guy.

The enemy is the media and the establishment - once we all realise that a proper debate can be had about the real issues.

That is an excellent excellent video, by someone who has no time for Trump & is clearly devoted to the progressive movement - I just subscribed to his channel - he's good.

So far, even Trumps most vehement haters agree that the DNC's actions in regards to not allowing the FBI to access the very server in question reeks of some sort of a cover-up.

Um...pretty sure POTUS can't prefer charges, convene a grand jury, etc. Now I could be wrong because I don't have the entire US Code memorized...but again pretty sure Mr. Trump can't personally prosecute anyway...don't think he's even a lawyer...

I think the POTUS can direct the Judicial branch in pursuing charges and prosecution against individuals or a specific group, but only in very limited circumstances. As in the case of a failed coup, or high treason during wartime, etc. Any civil prosecution has to be for reasons of national integrity or security in a situation such as martial law.
But, this is a memory I dredged up from high school civics class, and that was 25 years ago. Although inadvertently, I could very well be orating from my colon.

The DNC really forbid the FBI or any other government agency from doing any kind of investigation into the servers and instead the government has to rely on a company the DNC hired.
