Oooh thank you, I'm sure my boyfriend would love to watch this tonight. I got him into Die Antwoord a while ago and I honestly think he knows more about them than I do, and more about them than he knows about any other artist or group hes ever liked.

(IF he hasn't already watched it by the time he gets home)

I really appreciate you sharing this!!!

From wikipedia:

In early 2017, Die Antwoord announced via social media networks that they are to release their final album, entitled The Book of Zef, in September 2017 and disband immediately after.[39] The first single, "Love Drug", was released on May 5.

I saw them in Amsterdam a couple of years ago, good times

First came across them when i seen Fok Yelle Neirs (last 30 seconds blew me away) and thought now these are different. I like their rap/rave sound and DJ hi-tek is a genius imo.

So i searched for more of their tunes and wasnt disappointed. I fink u freeky, babys on fire etc. Then they did a track with the God of electronic music Richard D James and i was telling anyone that would listen about them. These are the real deal from the streets of SA. Their Zef style and lyrics and music was the sh1t.

Then i came across a video of them pre- Die Antwoord and talk about disappointment !!!
Its all an image, The Answer. They aint for real. Certainly Ninja's fake AF. All his tattoo's, his video's with his homie's. The hard nuts with guns and sh1t. Fake fake fake.

Im sure OP you know what im talking about i wont bother posting any video's...

Having said that their sound is sick so i suppose that'll do...

I like Roger Ballen's video's, quite unique

Ah yeah i know, its was just a tad disappointing they aren't the real deal.
But most artists dont, only the ones with no image

But apart from that, their sound and Yolandi, are hot

i dont know. they seem like the real deal to me

they are from south africa. they did come up poor as #
they write and produce their own #

not the real deal just cause they were not all zef when it was max normal?
that dont bother me

they have been living like that for more than 10 years. i dig them a lot.
ninja and yolandi seem solid. they have principals they stand by and i dig that about them too.

those 2 are loyal to each other and that says a lot about them to me.
theyve turned down a million dollars because a record company wanted them to make a record they didnt feel like was them. seems like the real deal to me you know.
