That's because the damn thing STARTED at 1,900 pages. Was 2,700 pages when passed. It's now grown to a 20,000+ page monstrosity of rules and regulations.

Facts are facts. Romneycare does not work like Obamacare.

Again, without the massive Federal subsidy pumping up MA's Medicaid system, Romneycare, like Obamacare now, would collapse.
