Happy Father's Day to all ATS dads

It's that time of year again. A time where we have gratitude and thanksgiving for our fathers.

Not everyone has had the gift of a good caring father in their lives, but I would like to remind some that feel that way that there is always an honorable and loving Father in the heavenly dimensions.

To all ATS dad's who try their best ( it's ok to have bad days and be less than ideal) ... may you all have a wonderful father's day , as simple as the celebration may be.

Poor father's... they usually end up BBQing while mothers usually get a break from the kitchen on Mother's Day.

Thanks, and U2. Pass as much real knowledge to the next generation...this seems to be a huge disconnect currently and we cannot just let all of this pass without an effort to enlighten the kids, Happy Fathers Day!!!

Indeed. I may be biased, being a father of 3, but Fathers are important, and being one is noble. Especially when so many seem to choose not to be there for the children they create.

I Flamingo'd the back yard. So you went out and fed the turky, deer and the flamingos.

Did my family time Saturday, as one daughter has to celebrate with her Stepfather tomorrow. But I appreciate it every waking second. It is indeed special.

A quick shout out to Stepdads as well.
Was never Paternal but being part of a Child's life is priceless.
Not easy as She needs a Kidney Transplant but I am where I was destined to be.
As its my Birthday as well, some Retrogaming and 🍺 is on the cards.

Step dad's can be as important as a biological father.. and sometimes a much better role model.

Everyone's situation is different...though I wouldn't have traded my imperfect dad for all the perfect step dad's in this world... there are probably some who wish they would have had a loving step dad instead of their natural father.

I think many people have two fathers to celebrate today because of divorce and remarriage and you can't go wrong with having twice as much caring and love .

Happy Fathers Day to all step dads as well . 🙂

My wife did it up for us tonight.
We had my mother over, my best friend, the 3 kids, and my wife's father and mother.

The wife took 3 lbs of hamburger, and made it into her kick ass burger patties.
Took a bag of large shrimp, 3 different kinds of peppers and red onion and made skewers.
Then stuffed mushrooms with crab and an assortment of other stuff.
Then did a potato salad and broccoli with coleslaw salad.
It all went on the charcoal BBQ and she cooked up a storm.
For desert she made no bake cheesecake in individual gram crumb shells.

Just a masterpiece for dinner.

I hope all the other fathers had it as good as us tonight.

I bet your old man is very proud seeing your collage.

I sent my dad a text today... haven't heard nothing back from him yet.
No surprise though, considering he is as dependable as a soup sandwich lol

No loss on my part though, I had a great day with my family.

Sounds delicious .. your wife showed her appreciation and spoiled you. Happy to read you didn't cook.. though many dads do love being at their Q on father's day .

OH I tried!!!

Stupid coals where giving me a rough time, they wouldnt stay lit.
So once i got them going I felt I deserved to be manning the helm.

But she kicked me off my post and sent me inside with the guests.
She did an amazing job
