Would the US govt order the water to be doped up to control violence

I've been thinking about this a lot recently due to the fact that currently there is so much violence everywhere. I'm thinking that the bottled water has something in it to make people snap. So I'm pondering on the thought that if this is true, can the govt. order the water to be doped up with some kind of chemical to make people less violent.

That would save me a lot of money on booze.

They don't have to use the water although there's mounting evidence they use the air.

Most bottled water is merely tap water.

They already do . Read up on what fluoride does to the human mind.
The mice they tested it on became very docile.

Oh, please. Do you know how many water systems there are in the United States? How many people on individual wells? We don't all live in the big cities with municipal water systems nor do we all have the habit of drinking bottled water.

The US government would do a lot more... Believe me
