The Clintons in all their years whoring around Washington circles since Bill presidential days, has bought a lot of people by associations they have crap on about everybody, they do favors and knows that those favors will be pay back in full.

They help put people in positions of power by referrals, so the swam is full with Clintons recruits and is going to take time to clean them out, that is why the Clintons can still get away with crap and are doing it everyday.

If you go back to the testimony, Comey describes it as something that can not be discussed in an open forum. At least some form of evidence exist on what was said.

Grandchildren and golf doesn't quite seem like classified intel.

After the 2016 election the liberal Democrats are really no longer a threat. Republicans control all 3 branches of government. It's not like 2017 or even 2018 things are going to get better for the Dems. The gerrymandering after the 2010 census guarentees a Republican majority in the House for a long time.

And I always thought you had a grasp of how things work. This left me scratching my head a little.

Of coarse both Lynch & Comey fully expected Clinton to win, so they would do things that favor Clinton over Trump.
After all if Clinton became President neither of them wanted to incur her wrath for what they did during the election cycle.

No she will be fine. Lots of smoke with the Russian investigation to hide anything she might have done.

They do things certain ways. The bankers get suicided by jumping. Politicos die by plane crash or by being "robbed". Watch to see if she suddenly shows signs of mental impairment or some kind of dementia. John McCain was acting very belligerently towards Trump and then he was torpedoed by being connected to Pizzagate and having a million dollars bribe ( from the pizzagate people) go missing. Then he acts like an alzheimers patient at Comey's testifying. Pelosi is losing it. Maxine Waters is losing it. If these people aren't under mind control and having their brains fried, then maybe there really is lead in the water in DC. Worse than Detroit. Or maybe she'll suffer an accident like Harry Reid( get beaten up). It could happen to Comey as well. He doesn't have to worry about Trump so much as he has to worry about keeping his friends satisfied he won't be a liability to them.

[I skimmed the thread and didn't see the following point made by anyone else... Apologies if I missed something.]

There's NO WAY Lynch was acting on her own in her numerous and ongoing efforts to run interference for Bill Clinton's wife during the 2016 election.

I think any reasonable person can extrapolate from Comey's testimony regarding his decision to spill the beans on the Clinton email investigation in July 2016 that he did so because he believed Lynch had some kind of relationship with the Clinton Campaign.

I won't bother going into the "golf and grandkids" meeting on the tarmac between Lynch and Slick Willy...

Are we then to assume that Lynch was acting on her own volition?

Once again, either Obama was so clueless about what was going on in his own administration that he didn't know what his Attorney General was up to, or he knew about it. If he knew about it, at the very least, he approved of it.

Does ANYONE really believe that Lynch, acting on her own authority, took it upon herself to collude with Bill Clinton's wife to influence the FBI investigation into her email "matter"?

The order to obstruct justice came right from the Oval Office and Barack Hussein Obama.

What happened between the time Bil Clinton was impeached (but acquitted) and now? He was the butt of trailer trash jokes and now she's Don Corleone. I don't get where all that power came from

In order to understand where their power comes from you have to go all the way back to Arkansas when Bill was Attorney General and then Governor. While Governor he was involved in the drug trade (Mena arkansas) and his chief medical examiner who performed autopsies of people who died under suspicious circumstances ruled them as suicides when in reality they werent. Hillary was linked into all of that with the Rose Law Firm and the Whitewater scandal, all of which exploded once they got into the White House. Once i the White House the corruption continued, with more prominent people dying under mysterious consequences.

The aftermath of the impeachment / acquittal was Bill losing his law license and fines. The torch was picked up by Hillary at the end of his administration when she ran for the Senate.

The Clinton foundation is the exact same scam the Clintons ran when they were in Arkansas - the Arkansas Development Finance Authority. A group created by Clinton to distribute funds to groups but in reality was used as a money laundering operation.

I agree this will more than likely used as a bargaining chip in the congress and senate I.e I won't push for a hearing if you vote for my bill, or the Republicans hold the chip to use for later. There is no hurry Clintons are neutralized and Dems are at a low point they will wait and use this to their best advantage, or when they have something shady they have done pop up. Washington DC is all about deals I dont trust either side. Right now its all posturing on both sides, feeing out the mood and the situation with the new administration.
