California Gov. Jerry Brown (D) signed an agreement to work with China to lower greenhouse gas emissions Tuesday, just days after President Trump pulled the United States out of an international climate change agreement.

Civil War in 2017 is becoming a reality.
Democrats Lost so now they go and make foreign agreements with other nations. Instead of the Confederate States of America it will be the United States Climate Alliance vs. the United States of America with Democrat Governors succeeding Left and Right. With Queen Hillary and Emperor Obama leading the charge. And this "US Climate Alliance" is gaining support to become its own Nation with Obama gaining support from Canada and France. The Resistance has become its own Nation with this move.

If this is California becoming its own nation then us signing that weapons deal with SA must mean we are now a part of SA. Flawless logic there steve.
California can sign whatever deal they want with whomever they want as long as it is not against the best interests of America. This is not against the best interests of America.

Yes, as it's non-binding. This is nothing more than a political gesture and has nothing to do with commerce with a foreign nation.

A Political Gesture from a State that does not have the Authority to do so.

There is nothing wrong with individual states making their own laws regarding carbon emissions. That seems like something that should be under control of the states, as they know the needs, both economic and environmental, of their own state.
But why do they need to get other countries involved? All this does is give China leverage over California's economy. Cali obviously did this just to irritate Trump.

So was the Paris Climate Agreement.
Is there any way we can help California secede faster?
I will be happy to do my part as long they leave and stay gone.
