Looking into media giants for fun and decided I would share the list with you. I know some of these outlets may be popular with some members and you may want to rethink your subscriptions. I personally refuse to watch or participate in or with any of these companies until the mind control stops.

Bill Maher

(I love Game of Thrones though)

Adult Swim (Cartoon Network)

DC Entertainment (dang I really liked comic book movies)

Gaia online.... damn I know that might bug a bunch of you...

50% of Comedy Central

Well... anyway I won't be watching or participating in any of that. I am not saying that you should do what I do but I thought those of you who can't stand the propaganda and obvious Mind Kontrol than you may want to know that these other things you are potentially interested in are funding these dividers and war monger propagandist.

Haven't you heard? Trump is pushing people to MSNBC because CNN devotes too much air time to normalizing Trump with their team of Trump shills.

Anyway, thanks for the list, I'll be sure to prioritize them at the top of my list for media consumption. Don't worry about missing out on the comics, the cartoons and the comedy — the Cartoon-Villain-in-Chief is always good for a laugh.

I am very worried about anyone who can't see through the BS on both sides of the aisle.

Thanks for the list, knew there was a reason I never watched them. Don't you think TruTV is a little oxymoronic though. Who needs DC when you have Marvel and CEO Isaac Perlmutter a close confidant to President Trump.

Judging by the way all the channels play most all the same news stories, verbatim, I'd say there was just one owner.

Time-Warner in the Austin area was taken over by an outfit called Spectrum.
Is T-W expanding into another direction or, (hard to believe) are they contracting?

doesn't matter anymore. mindless people run around these days making unimportant trips back and forth to places they care less about.

The assumption of responsibility upon young minds is a tool to make you think you're contributing to society but you're only a tool to help Gener more money into the greedy rich.

once money stops flowing in every direction then you can watch empires crumple. until then.. enjoy your porn, your anonymous chan, your ATS, everything. you already lost from birth.

Well, there's always Fox, you'll be in good hands there, with ol' Rupert Murdoch and his very good friend Rothschild and Co bending his lughole...but then they bend Ted Turners too. Best bet is get a good somebody.

TW is Spectrum in my area now, too.

When I cancelled my TW subscription, three years ago, it took more than an hour and by the time it was all done, I was in tears from frustration.

That break up was more difficult & emotional than with my first husband.

I'll never subscribe to cable again.

Spectrum's largest shareholder -

Yahoo Finance

Jeff Bewkes

Jeff Bewkes father Norton Simon is essentially a wealthy Jewish man and philanthropist (I only mention the fact that he's Jewish because of the well known conspiracies of Jewish families owning Hollywood not because I am at all anti-semetic).

I can't find any information that goes further into Bewkes/Norton's family history can anyone else jump in here and help out?

Interestingly enough Spectrum's second largest shareholder...

Paul Capuccio

Capuccio seems to have strong ties to italian mafioso organizations and the NorthEast region of the United States.

Francesco Cappuccio (ca. 1842 – December 5, 1892), better known as Ciccio Cappuccio or 'O Signorino, was a legendary Guappo and the capintesta (head-in-chief) of the Camorra, a Mafia-type organisation in Naples in Italy, in the last half of the 19th century. He is credited with modernizing the Bella Società Riformata (Beautiful Reformed Society) as the Camorra was known at the time.

Another interesting tidbit out there for those of you who are as bored as me or sick of reading about authorization accountability and auditing...

The third largest shareholder of Spectrum is James Barksdale . James is a member of Sigma Chi . Who else happens to be a member of Sigma Chi???

Sigma Chi

Woody Harrelson
Brad Pitt
Brian Dennhey
Rip Torn
Andy Rooney
Drew Brees
Luke Brian
John Goodman
Dr Seuss (no kidding)

The list goes... just weird that so many media and sport personalities made into this club. Seems to be a few astronauts in it too.....

Coincidence that they use the maltese cross and call their inner club "The Order of Constantine"???

Fred Hassan another majority shareholder of Spectrum is former Warbug Pincus managing director.

Yes Warburg as in ww2 era Warburg family.

Didn't know they are major investors in Avaya... guess I know they will continue to grow in market share and compete with Cisco.

I keep a handful of resources available for others who may not be aware when topics like media ownership and connections come up.

LittleSis* is a free database of who-knows-who at the heights of business and government.

They Rule aims to provide a glimpse of some of the relationships of the US ruling class. It takes as its focus the boards of some of the most powerful U.S. companies, which share many of the same directors. Some individuals sit on 5, 6 or 7 of the top 1000 companies. It allows users to browse through these interlocking directories and run searches on the boards and companies. A user can save a map of connections complete with their annotations and email links to these maps to others. They Rule is a starting point for research about these powerful individuals and corporations.

Who Owns What,Columbia Journalism Review's guide to what the major media companies own.

That CJR resource even breaks it down into the individual Magazines, Radio stations owned as well as any holdings they have under separate investment groups. Should certainly scope it out OP, it is a very comprehensive list, but was last updated in 2014.

You should be looking into Charter Communications, as On May 18, 2016, Charter acquired Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks for a combined $65.5 billion, making it the third-largest pay television service in the United States.
The Spectrum Brand was created to bundle those two companies together under one name. So we should be looking into Charter if we re looking at Spectrum.

Time Warner Cable was a separate company from Time Warner after 2009. TWC does not own CNN, therefore neither does Charter. Te connections you are finding are not to Time Warner itself, but Time Warner cable (now Spectrum) which is owned by Charter. Liberty Medi Inc. owns 27% of charter, which itself is owned 47% by founder John C. Malone.
