So in the midst of the terror attack in London, something else happened today...

A knife-wielding attacker from Afghanistan has captured and lethally injured a 5-year-old boy and wounded his Russian mother in the Bavarian municipality of Arnschwang. The carnage unfolded in the migrant shelter on Saturday afternoon, police report.

Police, who had promptly arrived at the scene, shot dead the assailant, who was identified in a police report as a 41-year-old Afghan national, a resident of the same shelter as his victims.

the man had got hold of a boy and was attacking him with a knife. Before being neutralized, the perpetrator also injured the boy’s mother, a 47-year-old Russian national, who was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Her other child, a six-year old boy, who was present at the scene at the time of the brutal attack, was deeply shaken but physically unharmed, police said.

Only a matter of time?

Commenting on the incident, the head of the Arnschwang government, Michael Multerer, told the outlet he was shocked by the atrocity, noting that the authorities had no negative experience with the facility in the past. Multerer said the boys, whom he personally knew, have been living in the shelter for several years already, adding that both of them have since mastered good German. He described their mother as a quiet and a nice woman.

Motive is currently unknown, but nothing can justify murdering a 5 year old boy.

Good riddance and the f#cking scumbag got really lucky by getting killed. Russians don't take kindly to these sort of things. Some day these lunatics will kill the wrong person and then there will be hell to pay. It's one thing to attack germans but you really shouldn't mess with our immigrants.

And here you are again belittling a mother and child being attacked by Muslims or immigrants. The same Muslims and immigrants that are given the hospitality of the West then treat their hosts in this way. But of course you see nothing wrong in this and always bring up the same argument of "well there are rapes in other countries" "well there are knife attacks every day" always trying to make light of anything that could remotely connect violence to Muslim immigrants.

While I can understand your view of this person and I agree that nobody in their right mind could justify the murder of a 5 year old boy, sometimes life is a little more complicated than that.

Sometimes people live a living hell and are just as much victims as their victims. Go back through this mans life and find out what sort of life he lived that was not of his own making (which is likely in Afghanastan,) and one would likely find that this persons life has been terrorised for years.

Who knows, the real perps of this very sad event may be in Washington, London, City of Westminster, Paris, and perhaps other places. It may also inlcude those who meet in the boardrooms of the worlds big banks, heads of western security organisations etc.

Perhaps you might like to ask yourself. "would this crime have occurred if there was no oil in Afghanastan and therefore no war in Afghanistan?

Perhaps you might also like to ask yourself if this man would have done this if he was a muti millionaire and living on the Reviera or some such place?

It may be his life was hell, but that's no excuse for what he did.

I don't see how anyone could defend these actions.
If this had happened near me, that man would have been dead long before the fuzz showed up.
Probably shortly after the boy first opened his mouth, and he was seen with a knife and the boy- there'd be a community effort in a hurry.

Most 5 year olds that die from guns are usually by accident due to mis-fire or ricochet. Your link talks about kids up to 20 years old. Hardly a 5 year old. Unless you can point to me where a 5 year old was actually the target of a senseless murder?

And on the rare occasion that this does happen, you'd probably hear it on the news too. Kayla, I understand your upset about this narrative but for me it has nothing to do with following a conservative agenda. It seems you're more worried about defending your narrative. Me, I could care less about any narrative.

Let me tell you something. In my Country Greece, we have a lot refugees. Almost weekly we are hearing from the local news and residents were refugees camps are that been cases of : Rape assaults,Knife attacks etc. Children also getting injured. And you know what ? Most of the attackers are either from Afghanistan or Pakistan. Now tell me, am i a bigot and Islamophobe for pointing that out ?

Why do you always like to put words in my mouth Kayla? Take a quick look through my thread history and you will see that I highlight these types of cases often, and they don't have to include a Muslim or a 5 year old.

Do you even know what I do for a living? I'll give you a hint - it involves kids and teens.

Don't forget, I'm a liberal living in the MOST diverse and multicultural city in the world. The melting pot of the world, my neighbours are Muslim. Where I live, not only is it the most diverse, but we aren't segregated either. We all live and share the same neighbourhoods. So believe me I'm far from some bigot trying to follow some agenda.
