Is there a way that we can either vote or suggest that a specific thread or specific information become stickied within a particular forum?

Or

Is it just a matter of what the mods/admins prefer to have?

If you think there is a thread that is worthy of being "sticky'd" then either use the Complaint button and give us a link to the thread, along with why you think it should be sticky'd.

Or alert the thread itself, again, telling us (staff) why you think it should be sticky'd.

This does not mean that it will be done. Most times we only sticky threads that contain important information that members need to access quickly and routinely, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
