Congressman who called ICE assaulted by other congressman

So a congressman is assaulted and threatened when he calls ICE on illegals present in the gallery. I haven't seen this on CNN or MSNBC. Has anyone else?

Apparently, they were holding signs in the gallery that said "I am illegal and here to stay" and getting very loud and disruptive during some proceedings so he called ICE and let them know. It was Hispanic Democrats on the floor who came over the start a scuffle of sorts and one repeatedly threatened him.

He let that guy know he was carrying and would deal with him if he tried. The Congressman is under protection because of the threats.

This is Texas state legislature we are talking about. It looks like we may very well be approaching that time where we cannot tolerate each other. Last time we were violent Congress was pre-Civil War days.

We already see that violence works to censor conservative opinions on campuses, so why not in state legislatures.

But like all violence, lets be honest, this is Trumps fault.

Trust in that liberals have very little power in Texas.

But this is doen all of the time.

Watch any "news" show. Many times there are two people disagreeing over illegal immigration, the one defending them will boldly announce they are an illegal (saw this on Tucker about a month ago). There are rallies where people proudly announce they are illegal.

Its one thing to break the law and come here and keep your nose clean and just want to work to feed your family. Its another altogether to proudly flaunt your breaking of the law as if you are some sort of hero.

I hope the book is thrown at the person who threatened assault, and all of the illegals there.

But as we see on campuses, the police will do absolutely nothing when it comes to those using or threatening violence on the left.
