or maybe he finally figured out that he is already president so he doesn't have to do rallies anymore?

it doesn`t really matter what his reason is, he is already president so cancelling a rally isn`t going to affect his presidency one bit, so seriously why is he even still doing rallies?

Irrelevant and I disagree. I have reviewed the video and there is ZERO evidence that he was in anyway impaired. Not even close.
