ya, now we don't even get to hear the highly edited version of the recording, we just have to take their word for it....

can't help but wonder, did they bring up this dead horse because legislation is in the senate that calls for taking planned parenthood out of the options available for medicaid patients (what they term as defunding) , or is the trial against daleiden and friend about to begin...

Seems like in the newest video (the one that is suspiciously under lock and key for 2 years) seems to give very descriptive accounts of removal of parts to skirt the 2003 law.

The more I get to understand the abortion process the more I get why it is not right, for me. But it is between a person and God (if that applies).

they also apparently revealed the names of 11 NAF members, who are probably now getting death threats or something...
needless to say, the judge is now considering charging them with contempt of court..

I don't know what's being "set up" in the video as disgusting and immoral, but from the citation in your OP:

This sounds like an ethical choice a doctor would make to avoid breaking the law when the chemical abortion drug, used to stop the fetal heart, hasn't yet taken affect, and the fetus (almost a baby) is crowning, about to be born alive..... hold the fetus in place until the fetal heart stops as legally prescribed.

This is absurd part. First of all, a fetus isn't a roasted chicken, and legs don't just "pull off". And, babies are usually born "head first".

Secondly, what's being suggested here is the very definition of "partial birth abortion"! This is what Dr. Kermit Gosnell was convicted of. Except, even he didn't just "pull off a leg or two", he severed the spinal cord at the neck as the "baby was crowning.

I don't believe that sentence was ever spoken by the doctor in question. Not for a second!
