Nixon destroying evidence and not complying with subpoenas , Trump accused of telling his FBI Director he hopes he can end an investigation (by unnamed sources) and asking his other IC guys if they are allowed to tell the public the Russia story is BS.

OP, many of these propagandist democrat politicians have had access to the full information in closed door sessions. They probably realised they went to far based on nothing and realise they need to walk things back a bit. Today I noted with interest that it was Republicans trying to get Brennan to go into detail about the contacts with Russia... they already knew the detail from documents submitted but they WANTED Brennan to state it publicly. That should tell you something about what they have seen.. i.e. nothing.

I'm game for debate, but they often endlessly quote mine and then lie/de-contextualize quotes, it's frustrating, especially when they gang up.

How did firing the FBI director obstruct justice?

Nixon fired his AG, his deputy AG and the special prosecutor assigned to watergate, then he removed 18 minutes worth of evidence from the record (that's what got him for obstruction). What did trump do? Ask comey to publicly clear him like he did privately? Ask others in the intelligence community to go public? How exactly is that obstruction. But obstruction charges will be really hard to come by when you have comey under oath saying there was no attempt at obstruction.

There has to be evidence of a crime for there to be evidence of obstruction....

So your post is false, Nixon had the smoking gun tape, so there was evidence he committed a crime, there is no evidence trump committed a crime.

Only speculation that if he committed a crime than firing comment might be obstruction, you are putting the cart before the horse.

I want evidence, then I will make my decision if impeachment is even on the table.

After all taking into account the history of our nations president, impeachment is not something that is easily waved around like a flag.

Only two presidents were impeached in our history and none were found guilty.

The other talk of impeachment were never deliver or voted for, and the other one resigned before it even came to a vote.

That is history.

hey remember #notall right? LOl I completely ignored politics during the Obama years, I was dead silent for 8 years. I knew he was an empty chair, and I knew the fix was in, and I knew enough to not even bother to vote. Now I think I have a candidate I can get behind, and they're calling for his impeachment. Not looking to good from my point of view.
