A bomb is just a bomb, be it a package, or similar.

A person wearing a vest full of plastique, nails, and other shrapnel materials, who chooses to kill himself/herself in order to spread their terror-message? That's frightening to most, hell, it's frightening to me...more so than a pipe bomb is. IMHO, of course.

The way the most basic nail bombs are made use pressure cookers or pipes. Bulky and meant to be dropped and walked away from.

This is how suicide bombers operated in Iraq. They made vests and place nails in the pockets. With the number of dead this was high explosives. This was a bomb maker and not someone using gunpowder.Having seen what these can do my heart goes out to these families.

I have a feeling this isn't going to be a good summer.

The enemy is within. The Euro countries best able to prevent this are the ones who mostly kept their borders closed, like Poland, Hungary, Czech, Serbia, Bulgaria, etc.

Western Europe is screwed.

What sort of movement is afoot to reduce entrance by Muslims into Great Britain? That could possibly be the reason, or a combination of the two...

The European countries have opened their hearts to a lot of immigrants from Islamic countries. UK, France, Germany, Greece, etc., have enabled large influxes.

Definitely watching those cctv cameras, only matter of time before a picture comes out or video.

A news conference is going to be held at an estimated time of 2:40 Manchester time. Lets hope we get some more facts to the incident.

sometimes i need to not drag my personal mad on into posting it seems. . Everytime i hear of something like this i think about my IDF friend who was blown up by a bomb/rocket falling from the sky from Pali territory and im right back in that memory. And anyone celebrating this attack should also be shown the same mercy all terrorist get. a quick death.
