Why? I bet its because Seth was still alive and probably talking about who is murderer was and why he was being killed, you know, a death bed confession caught on body cams. They can't have that evidence laying around.

I believe that 'Panda' is somehow related to Bernie Sanders among Bernie supporters.
Seth appeared to have been a Bernie guy...which, when combined with his job in voter analytics during the primaries, would contribute to a possible discovery of how the DNC was rigging the nomination for Hillary over Sanders...and additionally causing him to take action to expose the injustice.

EDT: I have also heard it mentioned that 'Panda' is related to 'Pandering' in voter-speak.

That's a very interesting take and seems quite probable. There should be some why to get it released if it hasn't been destroyed. However, destroyed is most likely the outcome if it implicates certain people.

Right.

It also makes sense because the police are trained to question victims if they are still conscious and in serious condition in order to identify the persons involved before the victim passes away.

They probably asked, "What did the shooter look like? What was he wearing? What direction did he go? Did he get in a car? What type of car? What color? Do you know who did this to you? Do you have any enemies? Did you recognize the person?", etc...

Maybe Seth answered too clearly...

Back in the day around 2002 I wanted to be a hacker when I grew up. I was a typical script kiddie aged 15-16. I remember saving up a lot of money and wanting to join kimdotcom's Kimble.com "hacking area" where he said everything was all I ever needed.

3 months later I paid the subscription, got in...and it was empty. Complained, got banned.

So now I find it extremely hard to believe anything that comes out of Kimdotcom's fat mouth.
