They didn't have to donate to his campaign. They just gave the money straight to his daughter. I think that was the point he was making.

I'm sure his words will be twisted around to something evil back here, though. It's necessary. Obama the Great had 8 years to show everyone the benefits of his agenda, and we have seen more improvement in foreign relations in the first 100 days of Trump's administration. The only foreign leaders who liked Obama were the ones he was giving favors too. None respected him. So any admission that Trump did anything good is an indictment of the entire liberal world view.

Sometimes, given the extreme bias in the media and the rabid response to anything that might point out liberal shortcomings, it seems Kim Jong Il might not need China's economic support... he might be charging our media enough for lessons in controlling people.

I'm not a fan of Trump but I don't think people realize this is a big deal. You have Saudi Arabia going to prosecute people that support terrorism. You have an anti terrorism group set up in Riyadh.

Show us where she got the money. The Saudis pledged 100 million to the world bank. And as far as I know ivanka doesn't own that yet any way.

This isn't about the Clintons. This is about Donald Trump hypocrisy for criticizing Hillary Clinton for what his daughter just did.

The Saudi's did thus in her name. It would be the same as me making a donation for you. You get the credit but you don't get access to the money. They set up a fund at the world Bank for women. Do you people even realize that's huge. Saudi Arabia putting up money for women to use to start businesses.

People don't usually donate $100 million to something unless they're getting something in return or simply buying some favor they can cash in on later. I don't care who it is or to what account or for what reason or what side of the isle they're on. $100 million is one hell of a "donation".

The money did not go to Ivanka Trump or any organization having to do with Trump.

The donation went to the World Bank's fund for global female entrepreneurship.

Saudi Princess Reema bint Bandar Al Saud invited Trump to speak on the panel. Also in attendance Sunday was World Bank President President Jim Yong Kim, who announced that Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates would pledge $100 million to his organization's facility devoted to global female entrepreneurship. The exact breakdown was not specified.

A World Bank official said Kim was invited by the Saudi Arabian government to attend the Arab Islamic American Summit and subsequently attended the event with the First Daughter.

"We are very grateful for the incredibly generous contributions from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates and Ivanka Trump's powerful advocacy for these issues," Kim said in a statement provided by the White House.

But they just happened to donate it to the pet project of the daughter of the President of the US. Because until then they just couldn't find any other way to invest in women and they were looking everywhere to put that $100 mill. But until Ivanka came along there was no other place to invest in women.

Seems reasonable. I'm sure the fact that it was Ivanka had nothing at all to do with getting a little extra favor from her daddy.

Until Islam softens it's stance on human rights there is no reason to take a soft stance with Islam.

They need to reform and catch up with the first world. Oppressing women, the LGBT community, and people of different faiths is not compatible with a liberal society.

I have never understood the alliance between the far left and Islam. It truly makes no sense, unless you know absolutely NOTHING about Islam.

It is an inherently violent religion that is hellbent on dominating the world, and always has been. If you believe otherwise you are uninformed.
