That has to come from within the Religion though and I'm not sure anyone can make it happen. There is an internal conflict within that Religion that has to be solved by them. Nobody on the outside can do it.

I agree. Close all international military bases and bring back all of our troops to be used for self defense like the constitution authorizes. Immediately disband the CIA and all private military contractors.

Close the borders to all immigration for the next 5-10 years. Let the USA sort out our problems, and let everyone else sort out theirs.

Jail all government officials involved in arming/creating terrorist groups on either "side".
