Do you people actually believe this or have you just been so over-programmed you see an R next to their name and think it stands for racist? You believe a huge real estate developer in new york city, is a racist? One of the most diverse cities in the nation... and he was successful... and racist. 9.They were burying the coal ash and it was getting into water ways. The clean waters act would have required them to dig up the waste and put any new and old waste into specially lined areas. Which would have cost them millions in labor and materials. All of which would have created jobs.

The mining industry is becoming highly automated and the easily accessible coal is drying up. Alternative energy sources are also causing a shift from coal to renewables. All of which is the main cause for job loss in coal.
