The lawsuit alleging the DNC committed Fraud is proceeding,
currently in a Florida court.

At the core of the suit is the deceptive conduct of the DNC,
and it's leadership during the 2016 election; did they have
a legal duty to be impartial and was it legal for them to
'Rig' the candidate?

What is the role of the Democratic National Committee in presidential elections? Is it to sway the vote toward a safe, solid and respected insider who will supposedly drive the party straight into the White House, or is it to provide voters the ultimate decision as to which campaign will take the ballot, without any bias or partiality?

That is the question at the heart of a class-action lawsuit charging the Democratic National Committee with fraud, deceptive conduct and negligent misrepresentation over the course of the 2016 primaries, in which Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders was defeated by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for the Democratic ticket. Jared Beck, a Harvard law expert and one of the attorneys backing the suit, has demanded the DNC repay its donors and Sanders supporters for contributions made throughout the election, citing a misappropriation of public www.newsweek.com...

The DNC argues that they have no obligation to uphold
thier own charter, claiming that is just a "promise"

Proven by the emails released during the election,
the DNC went to great lengths to 'rig' the process
to elect Hillary Clinton as the candidate.

Hopefully the lawsuit will proceed, in the mean time
what does this say about the Democrat Party's ethics?

Are they trustworthy, or will they continue to
skirt the law, only breaking promises?

Should they have to refund the money to
those who donated money in good faith?

Perhaps.

But a "moral duty" may have more impact.

The way it turned out, it looks like the RNC had an easier time accepting the voters' wishes (who rejected the main stream Republican Candidates).

That statement is worth every nickel of the billion dollars lost last election.

One of the most underreported stories of 2017 so far.

An excellent interview with the progressive lawyer leading the lawsuit.

Ah, yes. A moral duty to uphold a promise; that translates to
a fiduciary duty they have once they take donations.

This is exactly what they do not want people to connect.

Great Video, thanks!!!
There is also a good video in the op article.

This story has been under the current.

No doubt about it, it's counter narrative now.
I hope everyone watches that video!

You'd think it would be a crime to roll out a series of candidates for its supporters to choose from knowing damn well that a select group have already decided on who the 'official' candidate will be, and that they are intentionally keeping that secret so they can get the maximum amount of money and voters possible.

It may not be deemed a crime, but it's certainly dodgy, deceptive and disrespectful - all qualities Hillary has in abundance.

I hope the party establishment reap what they have sown.

I think this is why Trump saw a strange kinship with Bernie. Both the GOP and DNC tried this but Trump didn't mind getting dirty to fight back.

Sanders was just too nice to attack Hillary like Trump attacked the other candidates. He invited a positive movement instead when he needed an angry one like Trump created.

Oh happy day... Talk about election fraud - real one... Where is cryin Schumer? Where is wigged Waters? Or always in orbit Pelosi? And the media chorus ?

Democratic party is everything else but worth its name. Non-democratic, soviet styled, commie-inspired, totally corrupted and tainted with illegal and totally unethical actions up to their necks.

There just cannot exist better time than this. Trump Train is rolling on with force. Deals coming in daily. Multi-billion investments coming in, new factories are built, more projects and jobs than ever. USA is winning bigly. And it is a sheer delight to see donkey kongs take a short-cut through dump.

I thank God for every single day here and now.

What amazes me is there still is a (D) party after the shenanigans pulled this year. Bernie would have beat Trump, but the party was so recluse and elite they chose a natural born loser.

It is good to see this move forward considering they murdered Shawn Lucas for attempting a similar lawsuit while election was still going on.

The truth of the matter is that Trump is president right now because of everyone that wanted to see Sanders as the candidate, but then followed orders and voted for the criminal scum bag Clinton (really those words are too kind to her). They never should have accepted those orders and been in the streets demanding Bernie represented them. They chose not to, they chose to bury their heads in the sand and fortunately for us enough independents voted for Trump because of it.

Criminal charges should be handed down to every single person implicated in the emails, it goes with out saying that Hillary should never see the light of day again.

To say this is an under reported crisis for the Democratic party, would be an understatement.

They want to keep their super "progressive" base but they want no part of that constituents candidate of choice. Then they expect those people to support their candidate no questions asked.

You would think so. After all there were hundreds of
thousands of disenfranchised voters who,were
literally robbed of thier democratic rights.

The DNC thinks it is a game they can play;
They have the best lawyers right?

Is it fair to mention that they hope to
dismiss this suit due to an improper service?

And that the process server Shawn Lucas
died after serving the papers to the DNC?

For elites who care not about democracy,
for those whose bottom line is money
And power it sure gives pause for thought!

I liked the part where she stole the primary then lost the general election...

And the democrats continue to sabotage themselves over and over again...

Dear lord I hope they run mark Cuban or the freaking rock in 2020...

The Democratic Party is turning into a dumpster fire and I couldn't be more happy...

The 2016 election was the greatest[funniest] political moment of my life...

God I hope this lawsuit drags out for years...

Point spot on about Trump and Bernie!

The post election studies show that Bernie
voters felt forced to go vote for Hillary,
and that many did not comply with
the subversive tactics that were widely
used after they gave the nomination to Clinton.

Indeed, yet it seems this is all lost on them. That OP article went on
To detail thier strategy to fight the bad PR. Apparently they have
decided that focusing on the negatives of Trump, and a fixation
on Muh Russian is thier best course of action!

Incredible ineptness at gauging the actual pulse of the public!

Yes, Shawn Lucas, unexpected death.

Is this the same lawsuit, I think it is?
The judge has a staunch anti corruption reputation.
