Your nation is what 5 times the population of mine so I would expect one fifth of police brutality on ATS to be about British police.

This evolved through case law.
Being scared of a stop by cops is unusual in the UK, even carrying contraband lol, few hours at police station, fine paid off in installments at a fiver a week if the cops didn't go for the caution instead.
