I'm happy to pay my taxes every year because we don't have millions of people without access to healthcare, and nobody loses their house because of bills for cancer care or whatever.

I live in a country which rarely incarcerates people in prison for minor offences, cops rarely kill people, and government didn't stop treating black people like # as recently as the 60's.
